Extremely friendly face greeted me at the front desk, the drive through is also very efficient. All in all a great experience.

I like Nandoos bt they need to upgrade their cooking or we need a fresh chicken.

Order wasnt complete.therefore had to reorder at collect window of the drive thru.also received the wrong flavour milkshake.

U have to double check if ur order is correct, otherwise the food is always hot & fresh

Every time when I ask for extra sauce, they do not add it. M eating a dry rice and I insisted on asking if they did add it and they said yes.

I never got what I asked for. I bought 2 legs and 1 breast with extra sauce but when I got home they all breast....and the extra sauce wasnt extra.

Worst experience ever, waited 1 hour for my order with absolutely no explanation as to what actually happened to it. My friend at the same table as me got her food at the right time. Upon inquiry, I was told no one knew about my order although its on their order slip in the kitchen....*NOT IMPRESSED*

The speed points were not working. I waited for a very long time. Later I was told to go and withdraw cash.... When I came back with cash the tills werent working as well....

On the 22nd of August I purchased a full chicken from the Nandos drive thru in Amalinda. The lady at the window swiped my card twice. Being its an incentive card there is no pin required. After learning that the payment had gone through twice I reported it to the manager on shift that night. She asked if I could be called back the following day as the first payment should return. I agreed and the following day there was not moneys returned or any phone call from her. So I went back to enquire and I was asked to provide a statement which I did sent on the 23rd August. On Saturday the 24th August I returned again to enuire and I was told Id be called by another manager who never did. However the matter was escalated to their head office and Id be called on Monday. Again no call So I returned yesterday again and Cameron the manager on shift said sorry he cant help. Theres nothing he can do about.So 3 return trips (which is my fuel that Im using) and many empty promises later still no resolution.

They are generally quicker, when it comes to drive- thru queues, and it was about the same even on my last visit.

The chicken livers are the best I have eaten, worth the 12 min wait.

The chicken is delicious with the lemon and herb sauce. The pap and gravy is lekker styf. Nandos provides a healthier option than many other fast food companies. There is room for improvement with regards to the dessert option menu as there is not much to choose from. Some Nandos ice creams would be great as well. Nandos has a good sense of humor. Tongue in cheek! There is a parking bay to chill. It is always neat and tidy in the parking lot. The interior decor is warm and earthy. Leather seating. Ample and efficient.

I must say after my order was taken and time to pay the till froze up. They still cotinued getting my order ready and made me feel like I matter and they got my food to me on time! They are definitely very experienced and I think the owner are very lucky to have such competent people working for him! 11 out of 10 for the service! No jokes!

Your service was very terrible, waiting for more than 25 minutes was a disappointment. Plz improve on this

Terrible service, manager useless. Was told 8min wait for our order, after 20min I went inside to find they hadnt even started! Manager could only say sorry and no further explanation! Promised it would be ready in 1 min, 10min later she packed it then unpacked it cause it was wrong! Very disappointing and frustrating experience!

Friendly staff and obviously they have great food. Only concern is that the current door is tough to open , they should consider a different door system particularly in this covid era. Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks Nandos Amalinda.

Pathetic service. Waiting long for the food and there was only 3 customers in the shop. When the food finally came it was still raw, there was still still blood coming out of the chicken livers.

I came here with my wife during the week. It was so calm and warm and pleasant. We ordered the avocado wrap with red onion. It was so delicious along with 2 tropical sunsets. And we still had room for hot sticky pudding and hot chocolate. The evening was made when they served it to us in a cute little kettle. Im only giving 4 stars because the till ladies do not have voices that can carry over the kitchen.

Food was really nice, liked the new Festa fries and the Mosam Paprika flavor. The portions were decent and filling. Still dont like the burnt ends though. It was not over crowded and the place was clean and the staff was pleasant. I told them I dont inchoncho and they obliged.
