The new chocolate pie is amazing. Wasnt aware it came in a sundae, look forward to trying that combination next.

The Centre didnt have water so they where substituting juices for cool drinks in the meals.. But we where still charged an extra R7 for swapping.. Even tho we didnt request the change.. And then the juices was watered down to literally no taste left.

Absolutely pathetic. My food was just thrown into the box!!! Everything was everywhere! Next time il just ask for the ingredients and make the burgers myself!!!!Maybe the staff think that they are doing me a favor!!!!!!!

My partner had placed an order for 1 oreo mcflurry and 1 choc pie sundae at 18:33 and only received it at 18:53 yet other people that had came after him got their full meals orders. When my partner asked them how long for an ice cream they just said just now. I am very angry at the fact that we had to wait 20 mins for just an ice cream. Something that you just press to come out of a machine. Its not like we ordered a family meal. This need to be sorted out. Very bad service.

By far the worst McDonalds..... Tried calling about 6 times no answer the food is always cold and has no taste the staff seem so unhappy as if someone is holding them at gun point to serve you. Would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone you may lose hope in McDonalds for life

Service is absolutely poor. I had to stand and wait so long to get my order and there people that came way after me that got their food before me. My meal was a straight forward Burger Meal so no excuses for the long wait.

Terrible experience, the people who work there have no matter of urgency,clearly got the wrong people hired had to wait for my fries to be done whilst my burger was ready at a fast food (McDonalds)

Please have organized staff in this branch. Two occasions I drove home only to find out part of my order was missing.Last night, we enquired about deserts, the lady advised we should stand in the line, yet only to find out at our turn that there was no deserts.There has been numerous complaints coming from this branch and I enjoy McDonalds and my next experience that takes a turn will direct me to an auditor and HQs.

Its a good place to grab a meal but the waiting time at this branch is a bit longer than other McDonalds branches.

I ordered from Mr D foods an extra large meal but my meal look like a normal small burger I am very disappointed with the results of this.

I got Pathetic service today. No one knows what the hell is going on. Dont even check the order to see if everything is in the bag. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, you can not give zero stars. Has to be the worse McDonalds in Durban. I ordered burgers, had like no sauce at all and the service is poor. Not the first time I had problems with the Phoenix branch... Complaints department hasnt responded yet.

I was offered a deal with a scratch card promotion. Guess theres was no promotion or cash back deals as advised by the crew. #misslead

I love mcdonalds, hence the stars... It is quite busy and the store isnt big enough for many people so it just gets congested...

I am a regulary customer and to be honest from day 1 there was always poor customer service however i stil continued to purchase there as it is closer to home. The mcd chips were my favourite as thats what i even ate on days i abstain from meat and unable to eat the burger however after my last meal had portion of tiny ,burnt chips which seemed as tho they were someones left overs that were refried and served with my meal i will never buy from there again. I had even taken out a picture of the chips which i still have
