Its my second time I bought something from this KFC...thier customer service is on point, fast and they kind . Thier food is on point, Im satisfied I will always use it..and funny enough someone referred me to it ...so it shows that they do good

The workers are very slow. Took a long 20 minutes in a que of about 7 people. When I enquired to the male cashier he said he had just entered the till and has to count his money before he starts working. That time Im not even using cash to pay, I paid using card. He was not polite in his response at all.

Bad service and staff attitude of working with friends and serving them while ignoring others

Service is extremely slow. I went there today and it was not busy at all however staff took so long to give out our orders. The gentleman at the till had stop what he was doing to come and ask the other staff to be quick. They were just yapping away having their own personal conversations while food was ready and waiting to be packed.... I will never go there again, I missed my bus waiting there just for 10 wings. The toilets are also very dirty, its a health hazard.

Fast & friendly service but they need to keep the place more clean like most of the KFCs i know.

KFC generally is so sad... One could be extremely hungry, but u will instantly lose ur appetite after seeing the chicken. I only buy crilled wraps with zinger sauce now. Chicken is oily, unhealthy n discolored👎

Terrible service, they always dont have the Tuesdays special! Its been more than 3 times now, when I go there they just tell me that the 6 piece special is finished so I must add money. I dont bother going there anymore

Service was horrible, one cashier, she looked like she didnt want to be there, was slow and waited 30+ mins for my meal. I completed their survey and also made my view known to KFC directly. Staff are walking around holding babies rather than catering to clients! If someone can pull the ccvtv camera footage for yesterday April,02, 2019! Then you will see....it jus reinforced my idea of, if you dont like your job get another one! #SouthAfrica😪😪😪
