Very slow, products are not always available and the speed point in the drive thru is always offline totally a terrible experience

The cashiers were friendly even though I didnt get my spoon for my pap and only realized when I was at home

Service was perfect even we came on a bad time, a time whereby we are ruled by covid-19 but the employees for KFC they treated us nicely

KFC at Greytown are two. So I prefer the one on the top of Mavundla mall.

This KFC is the worst I been to they have refried previous days hot wings that I received in the fasted service ever of KFC wings I returned the wings and they admitted to refrying previous nights wings it unbelievable what greytown drive through KFC is capable of doing

They had coke zero as part of a special. But they had no stock. Sisi didnt even try to help me and the speed point was broken. That was the end of my bad experienceKranskop KFC was warmer, had the same special, I paid more for the drinks I wanted instead of coke zero (they were also out)Sisi was warm and professionalNothing like Greytown kfc

Their promos didnt have what was advertised. The manager didnt bother to explain why they had no colslaw or even why their diary machine which makes ice creams or milkshakes was out of order.

Services are poor and the food was cold

Slow service... often out of ice cream and often cant pay with a card at the drive through. Food is hot and good though

Bad bad bad! Sitting in a que for 30 mins, just to find out at the paypoint they dont have a Card Machine, only cash accepted. Not very helpful at all, ice cream machine never works too! Wow! Shocking!!!

Its average service experience, not that competitive, parking not enough, staff not efficient on month end, staff cannot handle pressure on busy days.

Drive thru is slow! Beggars are allowed to solicit at the exit of drive thru. Honestly, Ill rather go to the KFC by the taxi rank. The drive thru experience is on the same level as extracting a tooth.

Worse KFC ever! Waited 30mins for a drive through order. Not the first time either. Usually do not have stock and the card machine also doesnt work always.

The drive through is more like park-through it is very slowly.

Service by some cashiers is shocking, while others are excellent. Drive Thru when open can be a bit slow. Quality is good however experience can be ruined by beggers knocking on your window while you are waiting, security does nothing to stop this.

Poor service rude staff in sargent street

Got there 20 minutes before closing time and the door was locked but they let us in. Hardly any items left on the menu, they where already ready to go home and refused to prepare anything as everything was cleaned for the day.

The drive through is very convenient, menu placement for drive through is in the wrong place though, making decisions a total nightmare
