Had lots of fun with the family. Good wine, good pizza and good service.

The pizza was okay. The service was shocking. I would not go back. They either need to employ more waiters/waitresses or they need to improve on customer service.They give kids crayons and a picture to colour (which is on the back of a kids menu, the picture they gave my child was already coloured in, which mean it used by another child. That picture should have been thrown away especially during this pandemic, not given to another child. Very disappointing

Decided to take my family to eat out and our waitress NATASHA has no people skills, impatient and blunt damn rude......Mimos has now lost a patron, my family and i will never return here im very influential and my circle is big id rather take my weekday business meetings and lunch else were......

Meals are amazing, especially great for vegetarians. Service is excellent. Friendly staff. Overall a great family experience.

Had a pizza today which was delicious and great sevice, then we noticed a guy prepping food with his mask under his chin. NOT impressed , the waitress had to tell him to put his masks on properly. Please male sure your staff are wearing their masks properly at all times or close your doors.

Opening times are incorrect. Waiting 1 and a half hours to open. Doors are open at 10 am and they say we must wait til half 10 to come in. Poor service. Losing alot of customers due to wrong times

My family loves this restaurant, good food, great service, soft music in the background. Theres a play area for the little people, that even has a spot for the little ones to experience moulding with pizza dough. Its a peaceful dining spot, yet very busy during the weekends.

Had lunch today. Absolutely brilliant service from Linda. One of if not the the best waiters i have ever had the opportunity to meet. Would definitely be back coz of the amazing service.

We had pasta and pizza. It was really enjoyable. I love good food. The only thing I didnt like was the loud music but it may have been because the speaker was near us.

Pavilion branch. No no no, please up your standard. Educate your waiters. I ordered a pizza for FULL PRICE just before 6pm. Then I discover that starting at is a buffet for the same price as the large pizza I just ordered. My opinion the waiter SHOULD HAVE offered me the special. That is how u add value to your service, but no... he just took my order, when I questioned him, his reply was YOU ORDERED BEFORE 6PM. Clearly a Friday night buffet is a strategy to get customers in but if the service sucks, I doubt the customers will come back. Owner and Manager needs to think about this. In summary I do not recommend this restaurant. Thanks

Always enjoy a great meal at Mimmos Pavilion. To anyone who visits this restaurant I would suggest the pulled pork pasta. The pulled pork is tender and melts in your mouth with delicious sauce which is creamy and a little sweet giving you taste sensations that are really out of the world this goes best with fettuccine.

From the service to the food, the entire experience was average. I had to send my pasta back as the sauce was not cooked properly.

Was politely taken to a table for 2 then just FORGOTEN!! 15 minutes later and no waiter or any staff came to ask if we ready to order. Flagged down a supervisor and asked for service. Still nothing 5min later. Decided to walk out. Will not be returning to this Mimmos anytime soon. Please avoid if you would like to feel like a patron and not like a ghost.

We love the food, the people, the service and keep coming back. But.. The kids TV has had bkack lines all over it for months.

Buffet was Horrible only 4 pizzas to choose from very small pizzas that is,by the time you get up to get your pizza it is gone due to other people also wanting slices.. .You have to wait a while to get pizza. If you have been to Panarottis you will notice they are far better than Mimmos. Love Panarottis and will never ever go back to Mimmos wouldnt waste R85 on this Buffet.

I love the fact that they have a childrens play area. The food was filling, it definitely worth the visit.

May not be the most glamorous venue but makes up for it with the best pizza I have enjoyed in Durban and welcoming waitrons.

Uncooked pizza and ingredients missing from pastas

Food was good, waitor was helpful but unfortunately they didnt have a number of things on the menu! It would also be good if they could have a gluten free pizza and pasta option!

Terrible. Menus are dirty pieces of paper. Floor is littered with scraps and paper - even under the table. Service is pathetic. Waited 10 minutes for a waiter. Ordered pasta. After half an hour the waiter informs us that there is a jam up in the pasta section of the kitchen. Took an extra 15 minutes to get my food. Had to chase up with the manager and then go walk back to the manager to ask for condiments. They also forgot to bring me a smoothie I ordered but had it on the bill. Never coming back.

Ive been twice now and its been pretty good service, my only problem was that the aircons were not working.... So had to rush the eating due to the heat, and its was very busy so pretty much too squashed up in that restaurant ....

Good meals for a reasonable.price. Fast and efficient service in a secure and pleasant setting.

Gosh this restaurant certainly looks like its about to close its doors very soon Ive been here a few times each and every time the service is really slow however this will be the last.The place is almost always empty however food takes forever to come out u literally have to get up n walk around to find yourself a waiter or get any assistance.The manager walks back n forth on hes phone does not care about customers.Hes pretty much always chilling at the front desk even after hes seen u pacing up n down for a waiter.The owner is rude and the entirety of the staff seriously lack customer service.I dont understand how the franchise is still running but I hope something is done about it soon.

Service wasnt the best. Ordered pepperoni and was served something that tasted like polony. Definitely wasnt pepperoni. Food was lukewarm. Coffee served with supposed hot milk was, again, lukewarm. Will not be going there again.

Panzerotti pasta looks like vomit, neither did it taste good at all. Manager is youngster who cant make a decision, so he couldnt do anything about my complaint.

Service was terribly slow and waitress was so miserable, like its a grudge to work there. Had to call hostess three times just to get attended to as waitress was nowhere to be found. Chocolate milkshake was gross, artificial flavour, couldnt drink it. Wont go back there, and I said that last time!

Today is the first day of disappointment at pavilion mimmosAfter ordering 2 large pizzas and get home to see the servings of garlic and chilli which is literally a teaspoon of each. Upon calling the manager of the store i get told apparently their previous supplier was filling the containers too much and after all they are for free. If this is the excuse you have just lost a once very satisfied customer. Have pictures to prove this which was also sent to the manager Donovan.

But the service is very very poor....you cant have a client waiting 15-20 minutes for allocation of a waiter let alone the that fact that he still have to wait for his order... I was forced to walk out of that place and try something else because of that terrible service I experienced today...

Pizza at a reasonable price

Pathetic service. Waiter could not even speak english let alone take my order. She had no clue what she was doing. Another waiter came to take my order for the second time and they brought the incorrect meal for my child, a min later anothr waiter comes with the same incorrect meal,when i inform her again its not what we orderd, (my child just wanted a plain chicken and cheese pizza ), with attitude she just turns an walks away. Third time around they bring me chicken and bacon pizza.and we dont eat pork. My poor child was starving and my food lay infront of me as if i was going to eat while my child starved. As i got up to walk out i saw my childs pizza coming. So we sat down. Chicken with mushroom! Hes even allergic to mushroom! Even the managers are so deadbeat and useless. Was it so hard to get a chicken and cheese pizza! I will never put my foot back into that useless place. It use to be a usual sunday favorite but its also quite noticeble how quiet they have become. Because they loosing all their regular customers!!!

Takes 2 hours to get a meal and be done, service is basically pathetic. Staff are not adequately trained.
