Quick, efficient service. Great food especially as you know what youre going to get. Plenty of seating available. And the premises are clean and neat. One more thing, you can actually place an order at the counter and not be forced to use the self-help terminal, so that saves one so much of time. Overall, a great visit.

We had to walk thru the drive thru because they have closed the entrance of the drive thru. Got to the window and we were told theres only one big Mac left and a Mac chicken, pathetic service.

By the travel lodge Nmr road Durban Food was dry chips were cold as I went through the drive through was not happy with the food. Then went through the Hillcrest Mcdonald ordered the same big differences

The Driv Thru is a bit chaotic if you dont know how it works and alot of people dont- when you drive in from Old Fort Road people want to join the que for the Driv Thru straight away however what you are meant to do is go all the way around as if you were going to the Parking area and come back and que up alongside the people collecting their orders - can get rather chaotic as some people will not listen to thd security guard helping outside with this but then he isnt very informative as to what and why he is doing what he is doing - Service is VERY good once in the line.

Terrible service.Maybe you contact me instead as I went to the branch and complained and they still were not helpful...I walked out and will not go back to that branch in a hurry as I was leaving a staff member even came up to me and said that she is so sorry and that I am not the first to complain about the lack of service there.

I ordered an big mac from them tonight. When I got home I was completely horrified by the burger. The parties were dry and super thin. The bun had no sauce,there was no lettuce and only one cheese slice at the bottom part of the part. Management needs to step up there game with this store

A very disappointing experience. Unprofessional staff. Burgers were missing bottom buns. Milkshakes were off. Sauces paid for were missing. The best part? We were the only customers at the time. Please improve on your professionalism and give me what I paid for.

The in store touchscreen machines make no sense..not even the staff know how to use it...so confusing.

Thumbs up to McDonalds Old Fort Road, for another efficient & pleasant customer experience. When in the mood for chicken burgers, Ill drive 20km further than the McDonalds closer to me, just because I know I will get great service from the Old Fort Road branch. This outlet is always busy, & even when they surpass peak operating capacity, you still get friendly efficient service. They even deploy staff in the rain, to manage drive through & parking traffic (for the eat in folk), so that entire experience is orderly & pleasant. The staff are always friendly & ever eager to assist. To all the other chicken orientated QSRs out there, I suggest to visit McDonalds Old Fort Road, to really understand what efficient & friendly customer service is all about.

My go to Mc Donalds when travelling anywhere out of Durban.

My experience was pathetic.Placed my order,paid and asked to step aside and wait until called to collect,I was cool with that.Whilst waiting chatted to another regular customer who stated that service now with the regulated entry is worse than when it was open.Staff are confused.I could not say much as I am not from ND,but just passing through.I get called to the counter too collect my purchase.The lady hands me my drinks and looks at me as if Can I help you sir.I then ask her for my burgers and she has the audacity of asking me if I did not take the burgers.I stated to her that I arrived at the counter only after being called.She then goes on to say she thinks the previous customer must have taken the burgers.Unfortunately not my problem and Fortunately for her I am keeping my cool.She asks me to wait a while whilst my burgers are remade.Received my burgers ate and left.Customer Service = 0/10.(If my experience means anything in this day and age hey 😩
