Ordered Two Happy Meals for a friend via Mr.Delivery was pleasantly suprised with the speedy delivery.... Order was received 25minutes before expected!!! Now thats What i call fast food💯💯💯Thumbs up to Mr.D👍👍👍

Their service is a 100 and you dont have to stand in a queue, theres a self-service till or whatever very convenient.

A very clean and neat restaurant in Town 👌 but you need to balance your climate 😞 your air-condition it is getting high at times ay

The food and ambiance was great. Only major concern are the self service machines. They are not user friendly at all. The trained personal is also not available to assist battling customers. This causes unnecessary congestion at the entrance. Remedy the above and the place will be an ideal spot.

Very bad service from the manager, order was messed up twice, first with the wrong sauce then when it comes with the right sauce it was so little and I had to even pay extra for it!!! Called the manager who didnt want to accept the fault but insisted thats how they make it, even after telling her that I always ordered this item and it is never like what I received today!!! After much debate I was finally refunded, very poor service, not what I am usually accustomed to.

I never had such a bad burger in my life, its dry, salty, has no gerkhins, onions( no that I asked for it to be removed no)... I even asked for it to be spicy but I didnt get that either... Its a double quarter cheese meal, the only thing that was nice about this meal was the watermelon Mc fizz and the fries, I couldnt even finish the burger... Yhoo aii

Staff serving and cashiers friendly and helpful. Cleaning/other staff leave a lot to be desired. Suffice to say that this is one mcdonalds branch that i will not use again.

Great outlet. The food came on time, good quantity and also it wasnt too small like other places.

The security guard kept pacing up and down, staring. It was uncomfortable to eat with someone gawking at you. We pay at the till before we seat so I dont get why he was so intent on disturbing us with the paces.

Me and my family always buy McDonalds and never have I received such bad service in my life. The worst part of it all is that the manager on duty made slay remarks about me to the staff without coming to me to find out what the issue was. Im very disappointed by the way I was treated. From my experience in Business, you need to appreciate a customer that tells you when they are not happy with your product because they are the ones that come back but if we are going to be treated like nothing because we air our concerns it says a lot about the business and the management

Good service, nice food buy only have one toilet I think there should be atleast two toilets.

I love the fact that not all their burgers have sesame seeds, which means you can still get to enjoy your burger without getting an allergy (to those allergic to sesame seeds). Definitely loving it!

Had such a horrible experience!! Bought ice cream inside and was told to collect it outside..when I got there, a few dodgy looking men were seated next to the window. Its not safe at all for a person to be expected to take out their purse out there... owner should consider creating a separate till inside. Felt like I was buying at a spaza shop in a township not McDonalds

I had a terrible experience, I had to wait for 45mins to get my oder, when I went to the counter to check my oder after 15mins I placed an order I was told to go seat down then I went to the counter the second and my order was not done when I complained they shouted me like I was a fool. I had a 2 year old she was very hungry.

They have a seperate refreshment or mccafe window but then you go there to purchase icecreams or milkshakes, you get told they too busy to serve. when you go inside, there is 1 person waiting to order. Terrible service, and the products are slap dash. Better to go across the road. to steers and debonairs.

They are like most McDonalds restaurants with friendly staff and very clean environment. I see theyve added a hand sanitizer 👍👍👍 which makes it so convenient to eat with clean hands. The Manu is still awesome + wi-fi

Worst McDonald experience of my life. The lady helping me was extra rude, she couldnt explain to me what was offered when I enquired about certain meals. The service was slow and the shop wasnt packed at all. On top of that she got my order wrong and gave me a small drink when I ordered medium and she was super rude when I corrected her of her mistake.

Went to McDonalds West Street in Durban CBD yesterday with someone while we were eating 1 security came to us asking why we are sitting in chairs of 4 when its only us two? we told him we we didnt know we were not allowed and there were no places of two then he started complaining about our bags and told us we placed them in the wrong place, complaining about many other things eventually we just stopped eating and left our food there and were never going back there. PLEASE train your stuff on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! if Im sitting in your restaurant I paid for the food therefore I should left to eat in peace.
