Now this kfc is a problem fries are burnt cold and not even freshly made always to a point where I dont even order chips ask and pay for specific instructions on items they dont do it swap sauces for something else they dont even give u any sauce ordering online is even worse than buying in the shop total let down

Gets a 3 star rating as you dont feel safe here. Building is a bit dated and beggars and car guards make you feel uncomfortable. Spar is nice but prefer to go to pnp as it is in a safer complex. The Barber shop in the back is good too. Overall decent place but could improve on the neatness and security.

This is a special KFC that has 1 or 2 staff members with disabilities. They recently upgraded the Kitchen, leaving us with limited seating space, probably like space for 6 ppl ONLY.Neat environment, friendly staff but slight wait even if Ive called in an ordered(need to sort phone out)

Staff tend to be unhappy at work dragging their feet. The waiting time also long. Manageres has a dont care attitude. Not a variety of pieces when you open your order. For the price its not impressive at all.

I like the fact that they deliver when you place your order from cbd, North and South Beach, delivery service is very efficient.

They expect customers to pay for an upsize when they dont have their fountain coke machine working. Manager has no interest in customer service and poor cashiers are left to fend off irate customers. Prices advertised on boards dont match pricing at the till. They charge more for items displayed on their menu boards. Food came cold.
