Neat shop with a surprisingly pleasant little deck with picnic style tables that eat-in customers can make use of. At present this is marred by the fact that the intimate setting of 8 tables in very close proximity makes it dangerous during the pandemic if there are two many other people in attendance.The staff were friendly but only one of the two tills was functional leading to a little delay in service.Overall a pleasant intimate spot with happy staff.

I visited the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, however the roaster said that someone checked the bathroom at 12h00 (it was 12h05)The bathroom was not very sanitary, it was a bit disappointing.

Chicken was good. The chips were very hard though. Not the first time I bought chips and it wasnt soft. The burgers are good. The pops are very nice. Unfortunately they dont fill it up to the top of the container it comes in. Usually its filled 3/4 or half filled 🙈 not really fair because we are paying a lot for it. Cashiers are friendly. The parking is not good. Difficult to park. Theres no security visible. There are random car guards.

The service was impeccable, I tried avoiding this particular branch due to their long waiting time for your meals however on this particular night I chose to take a chance. Surprisingly enough they were very fast with my order considering there were other people too that were there. Very pleasant workers as well, service with a smile is always welcomed.

KFC first time in ages ....chips luke warm ...I remember Zinger burgers had enough spicy tasty mayonnaise ...now cut back to a teaspoonful...very dry....these corporates just dont know when to stop cutting back ....oh and was shocked to see the size of the chips ...quarter of a handful. Will probably forget and try them in a few years again , only to find that they have got worse AGAIN !!!!

I dont eat from here a lot but since 1991 my favourite KFC. However the staff appears not to be too friendly. The food however is tops and is recommended. Beggars sometimes sours and compromises circumstances outside a bit.

Quiet KFC so quick service

I had taken a drive to the bluff KFC as Montclair had loadshedding. I ordered a small crunch burger and a zinger burger and and a salad. To my utmost dispear the burgers were fried to a crisp or was fried early and reheated. It tasted horrible. I tried calling the store for over half a n hr and I had no reply

06/02/18 placed order at 18.40 and was only told at 19.20 that there was no chicken. I paid for the order and the staff did not have the decency to advise the customers that the wait would be more than 45 minutes... quiet disappointed with this branch as there was no manager available to even speak to... poor pathetic service....
