Poor service is an understatement. Standing in a que for over an hour for something that should take 10 minutes. Yelled at by a security guard for not standing in the que. While standing in the que. No sanitizer in their macines either. Would not recommend.

What is the point of this branch. Honestly Standard bank is useless. At this point I am looking to get a refund, but at the rate I am going with driving to the branch and calling only to get unfulfilled requests, I am spending the money I should be paid back. Cant wait to move my account!!!!!!!!!!!!

There isnt enough staff here, and they work very slow. It took me 2 hours just to collect my card. The staff are very slow and lethargic

On a Saturday morning there is only one person helping where we are suppose to pick up cards. I have been waiting more than a hour already and only one person have been helped in this time. The bank closes in less than 10 min time. A little bit rediculous.

I have been with standard bank for over 35 years and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Huge quest and very little helpful staff. In fact the most helpful person is the security guard at the front

I dont understand how one company could care so little about the financial well-being of its clients.Standard Bank should seriously consider having better personnel. Even the branch manager seemingly does not understand basic accounting or the way in which to handle issues.

Ah just a thought, recruit sufficient staff or when busy let more staff in. Because at the moment there’s empty desk and seeing such as a customer it’s pretty annoying. I can’t wait on the queue then when entering, I have to sit and wait again. It is ridiculous. I love you guys but I’m disappointed.

The service at this service centre is beyond pathetic. Already waiting more than an hour to collect my world citizen credit card. Eight customers in que. Two consultants on duty. Worst service I have ever received, especially compared to FNB!!!!!!!!

Shocking lethargic branch manager, struts about but does not do anything about the excessively long queues, standing in a queue for 2h now. I feel absolutely sick. Asked her to open another teller currently at 30min after she promised to sort the issue out and there is still no teller. Disgusting that Standard bank keeps managers that cannot lead their staff into running an efficient branch. Disgusting that there are NO positive reviews about this branch at all

I tried to do a cash deposit the teller didnt even greet. Just said you need to complete a deposit slip without looking into my money bags which already had a slip in it. Then why keep the bank open on a sunday if they cannot assist clients properly. And her whole demeanor indicated that shes not in he mood to assist me. If you dont want to work with the public get another job.

“Service bar” has 10 people in the queue and 1 teller who has been busy with the same person for 40min and counting. Why are there extra work stations if one is not going to fill them with people who work... it’s despicable. Waiting like this has made me decide to close my banking with standard bank. The people across the way helped me immediately
