Id love to give 5 stars, but the VERY long wait times cannot be ignored. Aside from that, by far, the staff members I worked with was the most professional Ive ever seen. It felt like a friendly but serious conversation regarding finances and options (certainly something expected from a bank)The lady who helped me was very patient and very knowledgable, helping me to find a fantastic financial option for my needs. Certainly worth the wait.

I just came to change method of communication from post to email. But I need to stand on a queue for an hour to be assisted. Which I came for the 1st time and same thing happened after standing for an hour and still not be assisted . The staff just ask you tellers or consultants? Without listening what you are here for.Am really not happy with the whole of standard bank. Because if the 1st of consultant at woodmead would have taken my instructions of method of communication to email. I would be here wasting an hour of my work time.Recommendation for them have to have a customer service to assist with quick things. Instead of waiting for a consultant doing a loan application to change email address

The staff has always been super helpful and friendly on every visit. Sometimes a bit too slow for my liking.

You might just have to take the afternoon off as the waiting time is ridiculous for a simple request!!! No sign of any urgency around here either. Painful!!

The tellers are very rude. One told the guy in front of me that they should use the atm outside to do transfers and deposits even after the guy repeatedly told her that the all the atms are out of service. You are still a bank , your job as a teller is to assist us your clients & not pass your job on to someone else or the machines. Fortunately for you I did not get your name.

Yah yah yah short staff everyday of their working days,you will sit for an HOUR before a consultant sees you and in between no one will attend to you, jeez very and supper slow, is just that is close to my work i have no choice but i cannot keep up with this specific branch anymore but i guess if you are not a private client no attention will be given to you. and you have to return almost everyday to complain about same thing. Somebody must do something about customer service.

Queue long and slow!!!! To fetch credi card took more than two hours. Sometimes only one person at desk. Others just vanished or standing around.
