Literally the worst. I generally get good service from my account rep, but that is where any efficiency and service delivery ends. Their operations have no clue what they are doing. In most cases their drivers simply will not pitch up. Your deliveries will always be late (days late) to the point where you will have to give refunds to customers. Sometimes they even give your parcels to the wrong drivers. The next day delivery option is a farce because they do whatever they want. They offer up every excuse under the sun... Corona, limited flights (Ive never heard of anyone flying to deliver a parcel from Edenvale to Boksburg), New drivers, strikes etc etc. Basically what it comes down to is incompetence. If you require your orders to go out on time, this company will be the death of your new business. And dealing with them gives you days and days of frustration, because you cant book anything without having to follow up and ask them why they did not bother to collect the parcel, and follow up why it wasnt delivered to your client on time.

It is great to work with Christine, as she is very professional in her work. Quick to respond to queries and assist. Globeflight Pretoria has their customers interest at heart, ensuring customers satisfaction. It is great to be partners with Globeflight as they deliver with ontime collection and ontime deliveries. By far the worst courier company in the country. Been tracking my parcel (Jhb to Pta) for a week now.. online portal tracking tool suggest its on route to Aalborg (Germany?). Cant get hold of anyone who are capable or willing to assist.

I have paid on Tuesday already and saturday evening and my parcel still has not been collected. I get a missed call on a Friday. My bad. A nice friendly lady calls me on a Monday and I arrange for delivery on Tuesday between 8am and 12 with everything confirmed. Nothing. I call on a Wednesday, they assure me they will call back. Nothing. I call on a Thursday, the gent (at dispatch/delivery) assures me they will find out whats going on and call me back after taking my number for the 3rd time. Now its Friday morning, 1 week later. Nothing from anyone. So Im hoping this review does something. And Im definitely not calling these guys again, my airtime deserves better.EDIT* Item Delivered 30-40min after this post. While the lady i spoke to on Monday was awesome, the rest of the experience was not. The bad review stands.

Delivery from Hartbeespoort took 5 days to arrive to Centurion with the drivers excuse being that he could not find the address yet my cell number was written on the waybill if he needed directions. Very unprofessional service and liars for employees!

Good day, I was so disappointed in the way a young man fluently afrikaans speaking answering the phone at Globeflight Pretoria Centurion handled our situation today. As this was not our fault that our delivery did not make it on time, he had no intention to help other than passing the bucket, putting me through to deliveries this the phone cut me off. I phone again, same happened. Third time I phoned Leratho answered the phone... now that is someone you can give an increase as she went the extra mile, coming back to me after 5 minutes to tell me they will still deliver our package before 6, so we can give our customer good service. This guy can go take lessons from her on how to treat customers. Thank you. Karen
