Ive been supporting this postnet for years now. I always send my plans ahead to be printed, knowing the in store service is poor and slow. Today, I was told by their designer that its not store policy (trying to print an A3 plan), I need to come into the store to print. When I asked since when, I was told in a very arrogant manner, since always. And asking me for names of which employees did this for me. This is the same guy that printed an A0 plan for me 2 weeks ago ahead of time with no problem. I dont know if its the title of designer that now gives him the power to be rude to customers and report fellow employees or what, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere until this employee doesnt work there anymore.

Expect that you will have to wait a bit before receiving service. They offer quality services at an affordable cost and stock mostly modern infrastructure. Ill absolutely recommend emailing them your files as its much safer than using a memory stick.

This is a busy store but they are always efficient and helpful.

I am totally disappointed with the services from Postnet Raslouw. I e mailed 3 documents to be printed. Firstly the lady opens it on the PC behind the counter and then she walked away to the lab tops. I wait until someone asks me if I have been helped. I tell here I dont know because the lady is over there. So I go over and she tells me she cant print everything. She is the same lady who previously had problems printing documents and I had told her you can print everything and had to explain to her how to do it. Same problem again and I tell her that what ever is on the screen can be printed. I am 64 years old and get attitude from her. I ask her to get someone to help her and she would not. How can u have people employed who are not trained properly. I finally told her to cancell everything and I will go to another Postnet. I will never use Raslouw again and nobody would come and help and they could see what was going on.

Postnet Raslouw was fabulous. Way better than PostNet Centurion Lifestyle Centre. I had the worst assistance and the manager was absolutely arrogant. Id never go back to PostNet Centurion Lifestyle Centre.

Reliable overnight posting service

Due to COVID, there is always a queue. They should address this issue. Its annoying to wait do long

This is the worst PostNet Ive ever dealt with. We have a PO Box with them and never receive our Car magazines. Someone there is clearly using them as reading material when they go to the toilet. Ive been three times to complain only to be faxed with indifference. Since we live in an estate we have no choice but to have a PO Box so its a case of who has the upper hand. They do, and so they simply steal your stuff.

I experienced really bad service here today. The staff should focus on one client at a time. I waited for ten minutes to be served, and then the staff member expected me to print my own copies. While dealing with another customer. How was I expected to know the printers to send the pages too?

Postnet is busy most of the time, service isn’t that bad. Ladies that assist me are always helpful & polite. Always go to this postnet & Im pretty satisfied.

Worst service Ive experienced in awhile. The staff are in no rush to assist you and are happy to sit there on their phones while you wait. Waited atleast 15min before a staff member decided to aknowledge me and proceeded to assist me with an attitude. Would of given 0 stars.

Had a terrible experience at this Postnet today, the black guy who works there was very rude to me, Told me how I was disturbing the que. Just because i was on a phone call. When i addressed his behavior, he became very arrogant and aggressive. (He would never speak like that to a white customer)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The General attitude towards customers of color is very bad, theyre quick and friendly to their white clients.... Terrible establishment👎🏾

I had some urgent printing of posters and pamphlets to be done in October and November 2018 and was highly impressed with the quality of printing and service received from especially Erijke from MyPostnet Raslouw. Keep up the good work.
