I found the service here lacking. I have visited once and called in once, each time enquiring about information. The people I dealt with did not seem very knowledgeable and appear to have very limited speciality. I must say that the time that I called in, the gentleman was able to recommend a different place to assist me which turned out to be very helpful.

I went to take some ID pics, i dont understand why i must buy 8 ID pics when i just need two. They must have an option for 1 or 2.

I could not believe the lenghts the staff would go not to help me.I snet a mail that is on the Malls website requesting a printed travel mug with a picture attached. after recieving no response to the mail I drove there and ask if we can get the process underway.No sir you sent it to the incorrect email address, that one is not in use anymore was the response, only so that they can walk to the PC and we found the mail sitting there.In the end they didnt have stock and no way knowing when stock will be availible...I just left.

They need to get an updated version of Word when it comes to document printing. I had a document with photos to get printed, and this was done on 2019 Microsoft and theirs was 2007. So some of my photos were going on top of each other, and the lady was questioning me on what did with this to make it look like this? I eventually told her to just move my photos over to which she responded that yeah but then I will have to work on it and then we will have to charge you extra. Her tone made it seem like she wasnt in the mood. I just took the pages I could work with. Not happy really.

I called the shop on Thursday morning to enquire about how long it takes to have a shirt made and the prices thereof. I explained exactly what I wanted and I was told to come in the shop. I arrived at the store around 12:30, enquired about the prices, but the staff could not even give me a minimum and maximum amount for the shirts I wanted to put prints on. I asked them if I should buy my own shirts and they said to buy my own. So I went and bought the shirts, explained exactly what I wanted and the staff assured me it would be done. I then ask the price again and only after all my designs were confirmed did they tell me I have to may R460something just to have 4 shirts printed. I paid even though I hadnt budgeted such a huge amount. I was told to return at 6pm to collect my shirts. When Id arrived at six, the shirts we still slightly warm which tells me that they were done not so long ago, but because I was happy to receive my shirts, I left with a smile. I get home, about to pack my shirts into the wardrobes and the dark print of my shirt has changed color from black to a dirty brown. I couldnt return them the next day or the day after because I have prior obligations. Im not satisfied with the quality of work done at Kodak. I paid a huge amount for a printing color to fade out? Wow. Ill attach a picture of my shirt below.

The service wasnt quite up to standard and the price they advertised for their printed cups was inflated in the shop.The advert stated R69 for a printed cup but inside the shop I was told its R110👎

Had to pay twice to make photos and still I am not satisfied. First time I was told the copy would look like the original (original was with them). 1 hour later, when I complained, they tried again, then told me they need the original digital photo. I got the original digital photo, paid again, waitedawaited 30 min again just to be told their program can not print the bright colours I must go to Qphoto. That they couldnt tell me from the beginning? Now I sit with 6 useless photos, waisted time, money and petrol. And their response, sorry.

Friendly and helpful staff. Helped us quickly and got some awesome passport photos. Will go again.

The place gets busy. Although I managed to get what I wanted, there was a bit of slow service/communication with assistance from the team@Kodak.

Really not surprised by all the bad reviews! Very unfriendly staff, think they’re doing you a huge favour by helping you. They got our order wrong and made it seem as if it was our fault. Definitely not coming back!

Handed photos in on a usb to be printed. The assistant struggled to put the photos on their computer for some reason. I left the usb with them. When I went back, half of it was not printed. Only realized it at home. Wasted my time, won’t go back there.

Promised to have prints ready in 20 minutes, when I returned 45 minutes later, they had not started on my order.

Lie about services. Went for t-shirt printing and the told us they dont print in colour? Brought this up at another kodak shop and the staff laughed and told us they were lying. Fine, so we gave them another job - business cards, low quality printing (ink was somewat smudged) and it was (badly) cut from a 160g A4 page instead of being done on business card cardstock. We had to ask our flash disk back and was handed it reluctantly after they told us we already took it. The store is really cramped and the staff seems like theyd rather be somewhere else not dealing with customers. As I read through all the reviews (afterwards) I felt really sorry for the owner, I dont think the owner is aware that the shop staff is destroying the business. In conclusion: I would definitely NOT recommend going there at all, ever.

Staff are so unhelpful and they tried to cheat me out of a free gift. The lady lied to me and said there was no stock of it and after persistently, they gave it to me.

If you want stuff printed. DO NOT COME HERE! System is slow as hell, just paid R8,20 for one copy of black and white from an email. I wish there was a zero star option.

Horrible picture quality. Made me buy a usb at R89.90 and charged an extra R50 to transfer my picture on to it aside the Charge of a passport picture.

They charge over R45 for two standard gloss photos, make you wait for 25 min to print just 2 photos, and then almost gave is the wrong photos, and make us wait another 10 min. Terrible

SHOCKING service. The film I handed in for developing never even made it out of the store. When I arrived to collect it 6 weeks later, I caught the staff busy taking selfies. No apology and the store was disorganised. They will NEVER see me again.

They lost my photo folder on the computer, so instead of calling me to let me know, they wait until we go to collect them to find out that the canvasses havent been printed! I then had to make a special trip back with the print folder and I had to wait 30minutes to get service.

No telephone etiquette whatsoever. Whoever answers their telephone calls at their shop in Centurion Mall knows nothing about customer service. How is What the hell are you talking about? meant to encourage a potential customer to use their services? Appalling!

Today I wanted to print two photos which was little smaller than a jumbo photo together. They said they can help me at r40 to resize. Where kodak mall at reds asked me r6 printing 2 photos that size. Few months ago early one Saturday we needed id photos waited more than 45 min

Terrible service.Took 3 staff members 20 min to try and print one simple A3 document.... not one could get it right.Stay far away !!!

Avoid this shop, if I could rate a 0 star I would. The service is extremely poor took them 20 minutes just to refund after failing to deliver service/products we ordered and paid for the previous day (took 40 minutes just to get the order placed).

Worst service I have ever received. The shop is tiny and poorly laid out. Also horribly understaffed, the que to the desk starts at the entrance of the shop. The staff is unknowledgeable and simply do not care about their customers. I went there on the day before Mothers day to print a photo as a gift. Since I am not an expert at photo sizes, I went frame in hand to ensure that the assistant could see where I intended the photo to fit. The frame, however came with a border and the assistant did not take that into account when deciding on the photo size. When I collected the photo two hours later, It was handed to me rolled up with the print side on the outside of the roll and with a massive white border. I realised at this point that the photo was the wrong size and tried to make it work, I asked them tho cut it down to size so that I could see whether I could fit it into the frame and WAS HANDED SCISSORS TO DO IT MYSELF. When I tried to complain to the manager, he maintained that the shop where I had purchased the frame was at fault by not giving the incorrect dimentions and that I would have to pay full price and wait another hour to get the correct sized photo. They made absolutly no attempt at accommodating me and I ended up visiting my mum empty handed on Mothers day. Please avoid this shop at all costs!

Dropped two garments off on Sunday to be printed on and collected on Monday at 15:30pm. After confirming the time on Monday morning, when we got to the store they hadnt even started!Shocking service to say the least.

First of all terrible service from the guy who was helping us, he acted as if he was doing us a favor, he was so impatient and kept on looking at us and telling us the shop is going to close soon when it was only 17:20 and the shop closes at 18:00 as far as im concerned I just took my stuff and left THUMPS DOWN TO THESE GUYS stuff like these gives the company a bad name

Stay for, far away. Horrible service, asked for7 passport photos, they just gave me 6. Then they want me to pay full price again for 1 more after I explicitly told them I need 7.

Terrible service. I was told my order will be ready in 20 min. I am now waiting over an hour. Deadline missed for frame company and therefore unable to get it done in time. Order no 459214 will not recommend

Is there not a -1 star option? Its the worst service Ive experienced in a long time. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They take orders wrong chasing nonsense with orders and then pretending its your fault. No one takes responsibility. Then treat yourself like the villain if you have to go 4 days longer and follow up with progress yourself. Please close the shop.
