The printing quality is fine, but the service is incredibly slow. Took quite a while for a server to greet me or ask what I needed.

She walked the extra mile and by helping me pack my parcel and letting me check her input on screen to ensure that there were no errors either in the info that I gave or what she had entered.Based on the fantastic service today I will be sure to use PostNet Southdowns again and have no reservations in recommending them.
A very important document was posted to us with a HUGE yellow “Do Not Bend” sticker, and I don’t think I have ever received a document that has been bent so much! Very disappointedand I personally think Post Net should consider another Courier company: As it is the 3rd time a parcel( which either I have sent or should receive) has just gone missing!! Aramax has pathetic service

Rude staff and a complacent owner.I arrived at Postnet at 8:30, the opening time indicated on their website, the door was closed but the staff were inside standing around chatting, one person was mopping the floor. I opened the door but the staff refused to assist me because, they said, theywere having a staff meeting. I asked for the owner’s number and contacted her. She informed me that she’ll ask the staff to assist me but it’s difficult for her because the staff will report her to the CCMA if she forces them to open the doors before 9:00. 9:00 being the time the staff meeting was supposed to end.The extremely rude staff assisted me but refused to let another customer in.I am dumbfounded that a business owner will tolerate such behavior and alleged ‘blackmail’. Man up, take responsibility for your business, fight your case at the CCMA if needs be, employed staff with work ethic and pride.Complacency will be the downfall of your business.
Colour prints are very poor quality, and the staff needed to be shown by client where to change the printer settings for their own printers. Even after that, their colour printer produced grainy, bland and lacking prints, on expensive glossy paper.Their A4 black and white, and larger black and white prints are okay though. And the staff are friendly.Its just very frustrating to pay more than R200 for 18 colour pages, and then receive very poor quality prints.

Your prices are insane..Compared to Lynwood you charge up to triple more. We are not all from the estate you know. To scan and mail 15 pages =R40?? Jys blerrie mal man.
