Owner and staff need to learn about customer service.. if the staff work like dey should service will be better. Also the issue is not about trust its about wanting to see my parcel wrapped in front of me.is that not a service I am paying for if not then charge me for wrapping it in front of me. To post this I have to give it a star cos I would have given it none

Not very happy with this postnet. Sent a item through the postnet to postnet service on the 10/11/2020. 15 days later parcel has not arrived and nobody bothered to contact me. They still not sire where it is. Its urgent.Will not recommend.

Would definitely not recommend them. First time the lady forgot to call me they dont have the colour for my business cards - after more than 3 days - and going there. Second time I followed up after 3 days. Got asked if I emailed it. Can see it was not even send to the person doing the business cards. Totally useless

Good service

Sent many packages from here during lockdown with no issues - but when a package got sent to me I never received an sms - entered the tracking number and turns out it was already there for 3 days. They didnt check my ID when I collected the package.
