These drivers does not get out of their cars, they will sit in the parking lot and phone you numerous times to tell you to collect the parcel from them in the car. Worst ever!

I have been waiting for the delivery of my replacement credit card from Standard Bank for a week. I am told by Standard Bank call centre that RAM have been waiting for instructions. Standard Bank took my call when my card was blocked due to fraud, they took my address and details. No missed calls on my phone, nor messages left.

They deliver without calling at all. It is not like we are always sitting at home and doing nothing. We work. I rescheduled time for delivery but they still call my gate 2 hours earlier to say they are delivery and at that time I am not even home yet. Horrible service.

Dont call before they come out as requested - two times. And then claim that I were not home when the courier was here while I were at home yhe whole day. I even called out when I saw the vehicle driving away, the driver stopped, looked at me and drove off.

RAM couriers is by far the worst courier company 🚮🚮🚮😭😭

The service is absolute rubbish...Ive been calling to track my delivery and they dropped my calls 4 times after they promised my delivery on 2 occasions

Horrible experience,have to wait for my urgent parcel for more than 3 days, called the company 5 times everyday, consultant will tell u the same story without even escalating the matter...drivers are worse🚮wasted almost R240 on airtime. 😔I should just collected the parcel myself.

The worst couriers in SA.

Pathetic service, full of empty promises and likes to drop your calls when you phone their customer services. Never used them before and will most definitely not use them in the future.
