The staff are always friendly and they really seem to be enjoying serving their customers. I always ask the person assisting me if they have eaten the food I am ordering and they give their honest opinion. They even make suggestions sometimes on what I should try and I have to say it is always a good great choice. Awesome place.

Bought 4 pizza pies today and was absolutely horrible!! Hardly and filling and no taste. Very pathetic as all the other branches were excellent.

Quality of your pizzas are really going down. Second time i get a pizza not even properly covered in cheese or even sauce. Bare pieces of dry pizza base everywhere with toppings messy on top and just in the middle. Really dissappointing as used to be top notch. Not a happy customer.

I was in Romans yesterday, and the way they dealt with my query was so resilient, I can be a difficult customer. However they were calm and well reserved, the manager and the team are TOPS!!! If I could give them 10 stars i would. Thank you Romans for an Awesome experience...

Sad to see all the effort that went into a revamp and your own delivery service then you send out SMSs with a special for those that are customers on your database and dont mention in your SMS offer that it is only Monday to Wednesday that you are able to use this offer or until when the promotion runs maybe. Disappointing.

Just prepare yourself for a long wait on Friday evenings and paydays. It appears to be a very popular establishment. Great food, great prices, great service. I highly recommend them.

I find the pizza are okay, but the specials are too limited and you only find out about the terms and conditions once you have decided to place an order. You will receive SMSs with specials you cant order, because its not clear on the ad, as to which days the specials run.

Romans pizza is average in general, not great. Thats what theyre known for and I appreciate that.However their service is fantastic.I went to pick up my order on my bike, and Buyiswa was thoughtful enough to put the pizzas in separate boxes to make it easier to take home. I dont expect that level of service, least at a fast food restaurant. Awesome, and honestly the standard a lot of much fancier restaurants can learn from.

We got the R199 special 2 large pizzas and the creme soda and 2l tub ice cream. I ordered online (waited about 10minutes before I left my home another 10minute drive) and still had to wait for about 15 minutes in-store for my order to be completed. There was no creme soda and had to settle for Sprite (just unfortunate) the Pizza for taste and presentation 5/5 and also received friendly service overall it was ok, I might of just went on a day where they might of had a busy lunch perhaps. Just about the worst service I have ever experienced. Placed my order at 18h06 and after 6 phonecalls (that I had to make) its 21h08 and still no pizzas. I was told I would be called back in 5 minutes........yah right. Worst of all is I spoke to 3 different staff members and the manager and NOBODY in that store has bothered to even pick up the phone and explain or apologise!!!!!!!! Shame on you!!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years,but NEVER again.

Affordable food delivered fairly quickly. Ample parking outside. Facilities are there for you to wait for your pizza not really good for eating there. There are usually a number of people waiting, so be patient. The pizzas are tasty and made to order. Normally the order is checked with you before the food is handed over. A place I love to go too often for the convenience and quality of service.

Their pizza is good and prices are fair. The place is neat & clean. The staff are friendly enough and the kitchen staff not to loud. So glad they sorted out the phone orders... the person that normally took the phone orders couldn’t always understand you and spoke too softly so you had to repeat yourself quite a bit.No problems with Romans Plattekloof and will recommend :)

About a 10 minute drive to get to Romans, but well worth it. Top class pizza at affordable (Id say the cheapest) prices. Top that off with a great variety and friendly staff who know all about service. Ive phoned through orders many times and they always get it right. Best pizza place in Northern suburbs.

Great Romans. Always quick and friendly service. Just please dont order the pasta. They grab it from the back in takeaway bowl looking thing. Think they microwave it and then give it to you. Taste like tinned meat and is unidentifiable meat. But otherwise great pizza takeaway pizza joint!

Myself and husband decided to order pizza from Romans for a change, we normally order from Debonairs because they are closer to our area. A couple of years ago we stopped buying from Roman only because it was kinda a schlep to drive to collect it, but i must say the pizza we received tonight was YUMMY!! Booked our Pizza to be collected at 17:30. When we got there at 17:35 they have not yet started with our Pizza. They did not want to give us a loyalty card because we dont buy there often the girl said. I can buy my Pizza at any Romans Pizza. Are they not one company? Bad service!
