Always friendly staff. Helpful and informative.

A super pharmacy with knowledgeable staff who are always eager to assist one. Fiona the owner is always there to personally assist, and if she is not there on the off chance, then any of the other staff members will always assist. The ladies at the front of shop are always so friendly and nice to chat to. Although this is a smaller pharmacy, it offers the same, or more than some of the larger pharmacies.

Every time my mom goes into that place she always feels less of a customer. This lady at the back gives eye rolls when she wants to change something and then my mom says sorry for the inconvience and with a raised eyebrow this lady will be like, no its okay.. then they still want to be sarcastic... Treat every person that comes into YOUR pharmacy like the King or Queen. Your customer is everything is what I was taught in the pharmacy I used to work at. And YOU always apologize coz your customer is always right! Id get taken in for talks if I ever did treat any customer like they didnt matter. Please hire people with a heart for people. Dont come to work with your home issues. If you have any, You hide it. You have a job at the end of the day, its what you get paid for. Customers are valuable! Just as your own family would be. Im upset that this is the kind of experience she has to endure each time she comes in to your pharmacy.Im so sorry for being forward to even make a review but I think of the many other people with good hearts that also come in and get treated the same way and dont say anything. Please do something about this.

I want to love this pharmacy but I just cant, and am giving up on using it. Always a queue and less than pleasing wait at dispensary, pharmacists are not friendly, have had problems with their card services more than once where Ive stood in the queue to find I can only pay cash.

My family have run an account with this Pharmacy since it was owned by Mr Mendelson with whom, until he sold the business, we had always had a healthy relationship.Present:Condescending owner with little to no knowledge of her new Account package.I will be closing my Account purely due to her blunt manner and poor handling of this situation. Demanding an account payment before allowing a purchase when the account was settled in full 6 weeks ago and paid on time at month end, beginning November.When I persistently queried why this had occurred, and she was unable to offer a valid explanation, she referred to previous allowances and explained that she had always pitied my family... then offered to return the payment I had been asked to make before month end. I have never been more offended!I sincerely hope that moving forward she will take a course in diplomacy and handle ALL of her clients with EQUAL respect.

Horrible people working in this pharmacy, especially a white old lady with specs standing right behind the counter rude and arrogant ,no manners , no respect . My first visit and last visit on the same day . Sorry to say but this is too much , may be this authorized people of this pharmacy not at all care about customers view , looking only business .

Not just my first choice. The women in front of the till are very cute but there is a very sour grape seed working behind, which has ignored me quite a few times already. She makes it very unpleasant for me to go there looking for anything. She looks like shes very bitter and hates her job terribly. Quite unpleasant.
