Just went there again yesterday but felt exactly the same way as before. One of the pharmacists should be removed so that those who are giving good service can be given credit that is due them.

Queue at pharmacy is long and slow. Pharmacy staff are helpful.

The worst service ever. I had to return an incorrect purchase that was their fault and did not even get an apology. Very long wait and they often call numbers that came after you. Will not be returning to this beach in a hurry.

Without a doubt the worst clicks in cape town. Each visit is a lesson is inefficiency and dispair.

Lovely staff - cant fault them , but this queue moves at a glacial speed. They seriously need a couple of extra helpers to keep the customers happy. And to feel that we are moving forward in the queue. Waiting almost an our for a script is unacceptable.

They are usually quite busy, but the staff are friendly and helpful and try get through the queue as quickly as possible. Items such as toiletries, vitamins and supplements are also offered, just on a smaller scale. This store is conveniently situated on the ground floor with parking right outside. Wheelchair accessible parking is offered.

I like this pharmacy, but having to deal with Avril Boydell, Michelle Kawalsky and a woman by the name of Ateekah, has always left a bitter taste in my mouth! They dont treat people with respect and dignity. I will come back when their attitudes change.

Today 15 Aug 2021. I was threatened by the pharmacy manager not to post about them, that is in a watsapp message, how arrogant to think she is above the reputation of clicks and management and that I am a cyber bully, happily as I mention written proof.Again my script was not ready. 6 months of excuses they have a back log and that I would get a call back which never materialises, then i was told my script expired, untrue, as I WAS given my medication. She claimed somebody called me twice and then to discover she gave the assistant the incorrect phone number, the feeble response was my 0 looks like 9, this she reckons is an apology. She said you cant shop here and that I required anger management, all because of her incompetence and lack of leadership qualities....DO WE GO TO OUR PHARMACIES TO PICK A FIGHTOR COLLECT OUR MEDICATION, WHY MUST THE EXPERIENCE ALWAYS BE NEGATIVE???? There are so many competent educated people without jobs, why is it that we must be subjected to rudeness and tardiness?Another day approx 4 minutes wait turned into 29 minutes. Most disorganized and tardy staff. Beyond shocking. WHEN WILL HIGHER MANAGENT ATTEND TO THE LOGISTICAL SHOTFALLS OF THIS BRANCH at least 15 customers instore with 1 cash till open. . Very slow pharmacy service with 3 pharmacists sometimes attending to 1 customer. Very badly managed. Most days we can wait up to 60 minutes for a pharmacy, NOT ONLY AT COVID 19 LOCKDOWN. WAY WAY BEFORE. COME ON CLICKS MEN HAVE GONE TO MOON, surely you can be more efficient.

While the staff are friendly, there is almost always a mix-up with the prescriptions. They put the last prescription sticker on at the wrong times, or their cannot find the correct records or scripts. It has happened both here, and at Clicks Howard Centre. It is a real difficulty as it creates problems in getting meds when they are needed or maintaining the correct cycle of prescriptions for chronic medication.

Pharmacy staff slow and uninterested in helping. Slow on the uptake.

Slowest clicks Pharmacy. Takes forever to get even over the counter meds. Staff are fantastic, but waiting 30 minutes in a queue to pick up simple items is ridiculous.
