Im extremely disgusted in their customer service. I went in there at 4:50pm, as I had just finished work. I was busy buying hair products, and looking at their specials when my mother and I were approached by one of the employees, whom told us that they had been there since early that morning and they are wanting to close now, and asked if we were going to be long as we were the only customers in there, and they were waiting on us. When we asked about one of their products she then told us that they had it but not in stock, we still then waited in a que with 3 other people. I felt very uncomfortable and even thought about leaving what I was buying and going somewhere else, as I spent quite alot of money, even though I was told to hurry up and leave at 5pm, when I googled the times now I see that they close at 5:30pm.

Its clean and has everything you need in an emergency .. coronavirus protocols are adhered to

I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THIS CLICKS AS A ONE STAR!! This is the MOST PATHETIC clicks I have EVER been to! I have been given such a dirty look by one of the staff members when I asked for something. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNWELCOMING CLICKS.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS SMALL CLICKS. RATHER GO TO ANOTHER ONE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY FEEL WELCOMED.

....Great pity that the store windows are ALL wrapped! Makes the store very unfriendly - would probably entice a lot more customers to visit and frequent the store!
