Was surprised with the standard of service I received today. It came across that some of the staff needs client facing training. The onlyperson that was professional was the pharmacist.

I had a great experience in Reddam Pharmacy today. The staff were so helpful in discussing with me showing me the vitamins best suited for my needs. I mentioned that we are going on a plane tomorrow and the Pharmacist recommended a nose spray and mouth drops to help keep us more protected from Covid while on the plane and traveling. I also received a hand sanitizer as a free gift. I’m grateful I chose Reddam Pharmacy to bring my script to be filled.

I booked a flu vaccine with the online facility that Reddam Pharmacy offered. It was brilliant. Walked into the pharmacy at the allocated time I had chosen and was seen to straight away. No fuss, no waiting. Excellent service with a smile from their professional staff.

I have engaged with most of the wonderful staff and the owner at Reddam Pharmacy as I need to pick up repeat meds every month. They are always friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile...just last month I forgot my purse at home and Redaa agreed that I could make payment via eft. I love that they have gone digital even before the Lockdown. I can order meds via WhatsApp, usually receive an immediate response and this month my script was delivered at my door at no extra cost! Great pharmacy. The staff are so warm and helpful. Its also a very well stocked pharmacy. I have used also the Creative Photolab many times. Again, the help I have received has been such a pleasure. The block mounts I ordered usually take 5 days, they called me after 3 days to say I could collect.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy since my son was born 5 years ago. He requires special medical equipment, which as far as I know, only Reddam provides in the Western Cape. A particular staff member, by the name of Rene, has been my go-to person here.I had some troubles with my medical aid and Rene always assisted me, providing me with whatever was required to submit to the Medical Aid to get the items I needed for my son, approved.I cant say much about the Pharmacy itself, but what I can comment on is Rene, who is knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and she put up with me (and I can be a rather, lets say, persistent person lol). She always managed to have the items delivered to my work, but this year I went to collect myself in Tokai and met her for the first time. Really grateful to have been able to deal with Rene and get what I needed for my son. She is indeed, a great asset to your pharmacy!

Lovely little gem of a pharmacy. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Have used their creative photolab on numerous occasions for visa photos without ever having trouble. They also offer electronic versions of visa photos, which is very convenient.

Ive been supporting Reddam Pharmacy for many years now. They always have a very friendly staff compliment which will go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Redaa Cader is the owner and the principal pharmacist who is always around to give his advise and support. They also have a excellent digital photo and poster printing studio and handles everything from photos to passport and ID photos to custom canvas printing in the size you want.
