I went to this pharmacy to buy a fluticasone furoate nasal spray suspension and some hay fever tablets prescribed by my doctor. My bill was like R425 but before i paid the pharmacist told me that the spray is expensive so he wants to know if i am coming to buy it or not. I didnt like this remark and i found it as bad customer service. I got my prescription then he referred me to the counter to pay. The cashier say oh this is expensive . She seemed so shocked if i am really buying it. The whole experience was just disheartening. They should never judge customers...
