This place is bad news, do not touch the food or support this business or any of the franchises . I was sick a few hours after I had the food. The shredded beef is horrible and didnt taste good that I would not even feed it to my dog. The rest of the ingredients in the Burrito is of poor quality and I think the cream was off. I got a whats app message the following morning about a loyalty status and voucher for the next meal. I proceeded to tell them how sick I was after the meal. They offered a refund or meal replacement after a few messages we agreed to a vegetable Burrito to make up for my bad experience. They even said they would deliver it to me. After that there was no further communication or time of delivery for the meal. My messages were ignored. What an unprofessional company with poor customer service and they do not deserve to be in business. One week later they still have the audacity to message me again advertising loyalty and voucher. I told them again that I requested to be removed from the data base and how poorly they handled my compliant with empty promises and lies. Still no response...

Poor service. Left my uber eats driver waiting for an hour. Food was average

Worst service with rude staff

The food is nice. Maybe a bit overpriced. But the reason why I give it 2 stars is the staff. They arent friendly. The guy who helped us was rushing us through the steps and seemed upset all the time. This will make us not come back.

Does not cater to vegans. And maybe the owners are OK with that. We had the peppers, beans, rice, and so on. But the Bell Peppers were with mostly vinegar, no taco spice or very little and the mild salsa was with vinegar as well, so the mild jalapeño flavor was ruined. Just overall strong vinegar flavor with no taco spice. We were sorely disappointed to have so much vinegar and no taco spice for the vegan option.Also, I was told that I could not have rice on my corn tacos and the tacos were flour not corn like the menu said it would be.

Although being very busy, I was assisted quickly and the food was tasty and handled with care

Food is so good but the pricing actually penalizes vegetarian options so vegetarian food actually costs more than the dead body version. #uncool

Horrendous service, very rude staff. Also update the opening times in Google if you’re not open. Ubered through only to be told they are not ready to serve even though Google said open. Waste of a trip.
