Was nice experience, food is tasty, daughter says its the best burger . Would be nice they added other choices besides blue cheese and white sauce with wings I.e cheese sauce 😋

Went there for a last call and dessert to end off an eventful night.The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth.Unfortunately, i wish i was being literal, as if there was any sour taste in my mouth, it wouldve been better than the actual drinks and dessert.The Cocktails tasted of nothing but soda water.Garnishes were old and shriveled.Waffles were stale. Not even defrosted properly, and all of the toppings were. Simply put, tasteless.Sour wouldve been an improvement, never again will we be returning.

Arrived early on Saturday morning and were the 2nd table to be served . Cashier/manager front desk person doesnt greet so dont bother him on the way in or out. Secondly the mucho dude seemingly running the kitchen in his shorts and also the entrance at times could also learn how to greet and acknowledge being greeted. As for the waiters and waitresses the management could learn a couple of tips from them as they make the ambiance and good vibe to what you are lacking. Well done to Snow White for being the best waitress and entertainer to our little one and being so thoughtful in assisting us placing a great order! The triple burger with bacon and egg was a game changer and seriously filling. My wifes avocado salsa burger was very much enjoyed. The chicken strips and amazing choc milkshake our daughter really loved! Chips and green salad also awesome!! Thanks guys what a pleasure!!! Would of been 5 stars but lack of manners and understanding where management gets their salaries from Ive deducted 2 stars.

Recently went to dine at N1 City RocoMamas, the fries and milkshake were very good but the burger patties were hard and totally overdone. Looking at the grid, they put too many patties on it at a time for one person to handle the cooking of it. Disappointed.

Good food, friendly staff and good music (its very soft though). The restaurant is very noisy, but vibey, I think. They adhere to Covid protocol as well.Love the changing specials, good way to try all the burgers.

Absolutely great seafood menu as well as loads of the tastiest meat options. kiddies menu has all the kiddies favourites and thankfully alot of healthy options. great services and friendly staff to welcome you in. really lovely place to take your kids as there is a lovely clean playing area with an attendent.bathrooms are always clean and tidy and kitchen is neat and staff well dressed. It is slightly pricey but every bite of food is super worth it. Deserts and Drinks aee amazing and really a good amount of variety

Rocco Mammas is one place I would eat at, even if I was a billionaire 😃❤️I was at Rocco Mammas recently and the friendly service they give when you come inside is so welcoming and warming, especially when youre hungry and just got out of work 😂The food is like a mixture of pleasure and pain, because its such a pleasure to eat the food (cause its delicious🤤), but such a pain to see it finish (cause its delicious😭)I found the waiters to be very friendly and helpful. The floor staff and managers are also very accommodating to respectful customers.One thing I noted happily was the overall cleanliness, so all in all, I would 5/5 go there again.Ps, I tried the new custard shake and it tastes way better than you would think a custard shake tastes 🙂 try it out, you might be happily surprised 😁

It is conveniently situated within the mall. It was my first time visiting RocoMamas N1 City with friends 💛. The staff was friendly. I had a problem with the passion fruit and lemonade from a can but this is probably a personal issue. I suppose I should have asked how is it served🤐. The chicken wings were a little bit on the crispy side which made it dry and I do not know if it was only that day or it is supposed to be so crispy. The chef did come and explain why the eggs were difficult to prepare as they do not have the right equipment, see eggs in photo. It was a big breakfast and that was a plus for me✔️💯

Huge dishes of food and lots of delicious sauce over everything. Is a bit pricey though so save up before you go

I love this place. Great food and awesome staff. The milkshakes are next level and have to be tried as well. Had a lovely smash burger with bacon and awesome wings. I recommend the Surprise Me milkshake which was surprisingly awesome.

RocoMamas in N1 City are the great place to sit and enjoy food with your young teenagers. It is vibrate, RocoMamas has a young youth feeling. Services are good, hospitality is welcoming and friendly from the entry to the tables. If you have teenagers go for it.

Im not a burger fanatic simply because of how they taste. I dont like grilled tasting burgers. HOWEVER...I found myself really enjoying their homemade burgers! The staff are real friendly and tended to the needs of my busy kids graciously. Try the redbull spritzer if you like non sweet drinks. Its alchohol meets healthy twist energy buzz. I had the ribs and fried chicken combo with salad. Chicken was properly cooked and the ribs didnt need a knife 🔪Would love to see more drink options one day. Better softer seating. Possibly an additional area (passage like) to store patrons trolleys as the no trolley entry is understandable but also pushes some customers away - bye bye money.Again...great family restaurant. Good food and milkshakes!

The thing I most enjoy about roco mamas is their nachos. It is layed in a bowl layed with nachos and on top of that cheese then your three sides guacamole, tamato and cream cheese. It is very delicious. They are also famous for their milkshakes. Roca mamas offers such an inviting feel and is perfect for young adults, parents but I wouldnt say that you should go on a date there though.

Ordered a beef burger, chips and milkshake via uber eats tonight. Milkshake was melted and messy probably from the driver and had no flavor, worst I ever had usually the milkshakes are great and intact. I fell ill after my meal which upset my stomach... After reading the reviews I see I am not the first one to fall sick. Dont think I will order from this branch again. This is not the first disappointment, ordered three meals with chips about two weeks ago and the chips were so oily! Everyone in my family complained.

The reason for my 2 star rating is that their service was really good as always however my burger patty was burnt on 1 side and the bun was stale so it broke apart from the first bite. I understand with the restrictions and it only being order for pickup and not sit down but hence the 2 star and not 1.

I ordered the triple up burger and man it was tasteless and it was my first time ordering from N1 and it was falling apart which could be the driver but the taste was not there at all am disappointed 😞

I need to vent..... I placed a order for R591 with Uber eats for @rocomamas n1 city. The food arrived on time as per the app, but everything was cold, and I mean cold, chips, burgers and pops. The only nice thing was the milkshakes. I phoned the restaurant and after their investigation, the manager returned my call, informing me that there was no issue on their side it must be uber eats that took to long to deliver my order. The manager on duty offered me a waffle. I send uber eats an email, they responded by passing a credit to my account of R9. (I notice I paid this R9 on my bill.) After responding to the refund, i received a mail today, they notice there was a credit passed for this order, so they are closing this complaint. Is there no pride in giving a service anymore? This will be my last order with uber eats and Rocomamas N1 City. (Which was one of our favourites)

Once again awesome service. Our waitress name was Ellie. Been to RocoMamas in Durbanville and Willowbrigde. The service level and quality of the food is the same everywhere. Will definitely be going back. Staff are friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10. Always makes you remember your experience there. Will definitely recommend to anyone that loves burgers.

Had a lovely time at Rocomamas, all the staff were very professional and friendly.Our waitress friendly too.My daughter had the chicken strips which was tasty.My husband and I had beef burgers with add ons and fries.The beef pattis was ok, not great, it lacked flavor.The fries was so delicious.Overall pleasant experience, just the beef pattis needs a bit more flavoring.

Look. Im not going to sugar coat it. I miss the part of having my alias being called out so thats the only point I can deduct. Our waitress was awesome, friendly, and energetic. She gave us a great recommendation on the #BLKBCG and it didnt disappoint. The service as a whole was fantastic. Just a piece of advice when ordering this burger. Leave the chips for last so you can mop up the guac and sauce afterwards 😅

Rocomamas never ceases to fail with their great food, service and atmosphere. At first I was hesitant to try the one on Cape Town as Im originally from Durban but Rocomamas came through for me 😅

Service is bad, food is worse, their grill makes a black fried egg, it was inedible and gross. Cancelled my breakfast, did not pay for it and left hungry. The standards at this N1 city roccomamas are not on par with the rest in the other areas.

Food portions smaller than usual

After eating at the n1 branch beef burgers I fell ill. Further more the management wants to give me run around saying they first want to do an investigation etc because they sold alot of burgers that day an I am the only complaint .. then it goes to head office ..then only they will pay medical bill ..I am already sick an had to pay too see a Dr an get meds now I must go back to get a note from the Dr stating its there food that made me Ill fair enough but the fact that no empathy was shown not even an Im sorry you had to go through that ordeal I must use my airtime ...missing work because of this so I am warning everyone especially because we going through a pandemic rather stay home make your own food its not worth it getting sick......and then @roccomamas giving me more of a run around having to follow a link only to not get called such a shame you guys cannot take responsibility 😨 very disappointing ...gosh
