Not bad at all. Pretty good smashburger, just needs much less sauce. My burger was so drippy it was hard to handle. Great staff, very friendly and tried to accommodate my order as best as they could-they do a great job. The shoestring fries are a little too crispy and definately from frozen. Maybe opt for fresh cut fries as a better product. Just make the burgers more authentic smash-burgers like Shake Shack, In n Out or even Five Guys and you will really have something.

Great food, great staff what more can i say. I visit every Sunday and the only complaint i could possibly have is the tap is horrible for washing my hands after eating a monstrous burger filled with everything my heart desires.

Food was good, but service was average at best. The table was also incredibly sticky when we sat down, and it wasnt cleaned the entire duration of our visit. We hardly saw our waiter.

Decent sized burger for w very reasonable price. The creative specials and always interesting and tasty. The chairs are a bit small for my larger build and the tables have very low skirting.

....We have always heard people and friends talking about Rocomamas but we have never tried them as a place to have a meal! So today been here at the Willow-bridge Mall we decided lets do it! For a Friday afternoon at 14:00 this place was buzzing and noisii! So this tells us that they must be doing something right or that there food is good! True-lii we were not disappointed as we all had burgers & chips and it was insidious-lii delicious a taste of its own and you could hard-lii compare it with someone else and another product which we have had before! The staff was friend-lii and the service was good even though they were full! Nice experience again in a new place! Sure we will visit again in the future!.............

My youngest son chose Roco Mamas as his birthday treat, and boy-oh-boy did it deliver. The burgers are amazing and the portions are generous in the extreme. The chilli burger with chlli cheese fries was the bomb! (although I have to admit that that the fries were way too much for me) Linda had the Ementhal and Onion burger and it too tasted devine - definately a case of less is more. The boys absolutely loved their burgers and milkshakes too.

Im a wheelchair user and fitting under tables is an issue. Upon arriving without even asking a staff member brought stilts of some kind and raised the table to a level where I could fit. Absolutely great service, the food is delicious too.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers today. Both patties where burnd and very dark. Looked like they used old oil. Very disappointed and tasted very bad. Chips was very nice though.

Fast service with a smile the wings(my fave) was delicious, gshake Oreo of course was amazing and the cookies and scream waffle was delicious for lack of a better word.

The large tables and benches make the restaurant a bit cramped for my wheelchair to move around, but the staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food and drinks (especially the milkshakes, like the Peanutology pictured here) are consistently good.

Lovely burgers. The menu idea of the customers filling in what they choose on a piece of paper makes the whole experience a bit impersonal, but if thats your style, this place is a good pick.

We have been there a few times, the service is fantastic, it does not matter how busy they are. The food is amazing and the milkshakes are an experience in it self. One of my favourite places to go to.

Its a classic American restaurant. The waiters are very welcoming and the service is great. You also get awesome views from the second story.

But this is a franchise, and it puts all these independent places to shame. No pretense. No nonsense. You come here, order a great burger, and you have a good time. Ez.

I must say I really love RocoMamas, I feel I have vested interest in it doing well, but I am always honest in my reviews. (Lv6 and counting) Last visit just not up to scratch for my sons birthday. Quiet midweek visit and service was poor and food all over the place. Must have been training night on the grill. Photos attached, let alone onion rings and other little addons never arriving till after my burger was already done. Come on guys... I love you.
