Ordered from mr Delivery. Order was very late, however, the quality on the food was terrible. No cheese inside the cheese bites. See picture. Terrible.

You cannot advertise a burger as vegan while cooking the patties in animal fat. Advertising these burgers as vegan friendly is false advertising. I wonder how the consumer commission will view this...

I think the place is just cool, wasnt at burger King but nearby at Debonnairs Pizza, its a great place for a sit down kind of chill. It also does have a kids section where they can play while having some good food.

Worse experience ever. Phoned to place orderHad to repeat the order 3 times . Went to collect order. Wasnt ready lady at till point didnt know what she was doing. Ordered extra cheese didnt receive cheese. Hard earned money wasted. Chips were refried all the food was cold.This is not even the first time this has happened.

Not very impressed with the food of BK in Blueroute. Food not freshly prepared- warmed up in the microwave. No crunch at all. BK in Ottery drive is a good much better option and worth every cent.

I bought my kids to have a meal and there was a table opened of which they went to sit. Another couple who are friends with one of the staff members actually came and sat at the same table not asking if its ok etc. My kids and i had to get up from our table and eat elsewhere which was unacceptable. The till staff was friendly and very helpful unlike the staff member who took our temperatures and who insisted her friends sit at the table which we occupied already. Ps plus they even got my poor sons order wrong. What an end to a day i thought would be blessed and fun with my kids. Thanks Burger king.

Unfortunately only one of the two tills were being used. This caused a long line and frustrated clients. I ordered one meal, and when I got mine it was the wrong burger. They quickly took it back and provided me with the correct burger after some time. But the burger was ice cold and stale. This is unfortunately not the first incident for me at that specific branch.

The burgers were standard but the lack of tables meant that one had to wait to be seated due to COVID numbers of patrons and staff.

Good service, smooth Transactions an customer engagement pleasure to purchase food at that franchisee. Friendly staff, smile plays a big role in not just making me as a customer feel home an welcome but my choice of where to have quick evening forefilling meal to enjoy.

Food was good, best chips Ive had in a long long time. Temperature check and sanitiser on entering. Tables for eating were paced a good distance apart.

Burger King used to be awesome. Im so sad that it is no longer the case. As well as an increasingly overcomplicated menu there has been a disappointing decrease in quality. The patties were arguably the best one could have but now, well I dont know what changed, are not.This particular franchise however is well staffed, clean and there is a very nice seating area. The location in the food court is perfect, close to all shops and right next to the information desk.

There chips are the best chips in the world! But you have to be fast and specific with your order or else you holding up the quo of hungry people. There burgers i rate a seven put of ten because they are put together with a slap dash mentally.Yeah youll need to rebuild the burger to boost it to that 8 out of 10 burger rating. Ask for extra mayonnaise because theyll probably forget, but that mayonnaise is also top quality.The chips are still amazing

I ordered online at 5:15pm for collection a.s.a.p. Arrived at Burger king 6pm.They then started my order & I got it 6:15pm.Also a long line of ppl waiting to place orders.

Somewhat dissapointed. Had Burger King many years ago overseas and was blown away. When they finally opened in SA I was thrilled. Might be my own high expectations, but in my opinion not nearly as good as it is in USA/UK but still a much better quality of food when compared to the other fast food chains. Seating is a bit limited

Hi !I was just at blue route Burger King and I had the most worst experience ever I wanted to go to Mcdees for an Oreo ice cream and decided to come here instead cause the foods amazing but your ice creams tubs are smaller for one almost the same prize and only a half a tub of ice cream where at Mcdees they fill it up and I had sour ice cream and they refused to take it back or fill more ice cream in my tub I opened it before I left the counter so I did not eat of it yet but when I had a bite it was sour and really not good and they refused to assist me and I ended up throwing my money in the bin !

Every time I bring my kids for a kiddie meal the ice cream machine is broken. Can Burger King not afford to repair their equipment. We pay for the ice cream then dont get it. The staff are well trained to say the ice cream is free but of course its not its costed into the meal. If its free then I should be able to bring my kids any time for a free ice cream without buying anything else

This Burger King Branch is fantastic. The burgers and Burger meals are excellent, very moist and extremely tasty. Have noted when I compare the same at the different franchisers of Burger King, I will be honest and say I prefer this outlet to the others I have been to. Ths staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

Food tastes excellent. They deserve a 10 for the bacon burger especially. However the waiting time for a fast food restaurant in a mall. Geez they slow. 15 minutes in a que and 20 minutes waiting time for the food. One would swear for the amount of people they were making one chip at a time. You Gotta find the correct balance to gain more stars. Your Efficiency is poor!

Food came in take away packaging.For three of us we got one tomato sauce packet as they ran out of stock.Had to go back up to get serviettes she gave me two once again I said there is three of us need more than two.Food was really good 👍

Super long queue with only 1 till open, the other is closed for some reason Are you short staffed or something? I mean, its close to lunch time on a Saturday in the middle of December, yet one till operates. For a big franchise like yours, its quite disappointing. The food was nice and fresh but definitely not worth the wait to order it. Not the first time, please open the other till!!

Always good deals. Like the mix and match for R100 (2 meals basically). Cooldrink is bottomless but you have to request a refill each time.

Always a long que to place an order but once your order is placed your food is served quickly and it is packaged nicely and there burgers are really good.

Bloody good burgers for an amazing price

Its situated next to spur on the top floor in the food court. A bit hidden if you dont know where the food court is. I think if Im not mistaken that they have been there now for approximately 8 months...very small section, not much seats and tables within the eat out section but I saw some people use the food courts seats in the centre of the court. The cashiers are quite chirpy and friendly and always upselling their add ons. A bit too small at the counter section which does not really cater to the swamp of hungry customers waiting to be served and only 3 terminals to help if not 4. There is no staircase when you enter, so its serves wheelchairs well. The small tables compliments the small space but what if I come with a big group? Kind of hard to figure that 1 out unless you use the food court seats and tables which are not readily available. The food was great(as always). Please keep up that standard guys!. Great discounts too. Despite being so busy there is always a smile. I did not see any employee on the floor though,( just to check whether everyone was ok and enjoying their meals). I am sure it will add greatly to the standard of such a small little space. People are eyeballing each other just to see where they could grab the next available seat. Some fries lying on the floor with a squashed jalapeno could have been removed quickly if an employee was walking the floor. In my opinion, I would like to make a suggestion....if they could place a shelving table against the wall facing spur with some high bar stools and then add some of their miniature table behind those bar stools running down the centre of the floor and then keep the 2 tables that are already in the corner behind the staffs entry door then I am sure people would appreciate it. People want to be near to what they love and they love Burger King! Thanks for an awesome meal guys. I will be back!
