Hello how are u,E experience tht I had today was terrible coz I went to E store to buy something fr E family since it was weekend ND I had my bottle of coke ND whisky both of them where closed I wasnt even drinking or drunk but I was let in by one of yr friendly staff at E door ND E cashier is E one tht chased me away ND told me I wasnt allowed in e store but I was let inside into E store to buy items inside because I love MacDonalds I always buy at E into by canal walk ND they r friendly I usually go they ND I HV never been chased out except today whn I visited one in Montague gardens. Please teach yr cashiers to HV good manners because I didnt buy anything else tht I wanted to buy ND I think I will just go to E one at E mall if I HV time because of E bad experience I got from one of yr staff

Absolutely disgusting service. Staff at drive thru were very rude and obnoxious when asking a simple question to add to the order and said it was through already and could not add even when I asked to make another one and pay separately. Very bad for business sales.When I eventually got my order after sitting in the car for 20min, the burger I orders was wrong although the slip and box matched, the burger was on the incorrect bun (a bunt for a chicken burger-small! When I actually ordered a McFeast) Highly disappointed in this branch and wont be coming back, thanks

Very much disappointed with my experience. From getting in, there was no one at the door to check temperature and sign us in, we did all that ourselves. We then tried to look for a clean table, there wasnt any. After a while we had to call up one of the staff to clean a table for us because no one was bothering to assist un-prompted. Done did my order and we went to seat down, when our order was ready it wasnt delivered to our table (shocked but didnt think much of it), it was called and I went to fetch it. (Bear in mind that all this is happening we are the only customers inside the shop, only!) I was not even given a tray, I had to ask for it, I mean 3 meals just to handover with a tray????. Chips were dry and too crispy for McDonalds chips, burger was a bit dry (I really dont know what was happening today). To end it all off (LOL sarcastically) when we were leaving some staff were standing just outside the door balmost blocking our way out,.. What an experience. I am definitely never coming to this store, I am just reporting so that the staff and service may improve for future customers

The drive thru was rather slow , because there wasnt too many cars ahead of me. There were times when i turned the engine off. Anyway the meal was good.

Changed my rating from 3 star to 5 star, as I feel I singled out one branch. Ultimately McDonalds Milnerton is one of the better McDonalds in Cape Town. Generally, drive throughs are slower than actually going inside at peak times.

Were in the drive thru and waiting forever for 4milkshakes. Not friendly at all. The lady at receiving where inside and outside working....we waited long periodes and very......deurmekaar.Choc milkshakes tasted like vanilla.

I place an order today at 12:53:47 , order Number 123 , I asked the lady who serves me for jalapeño cheese burger and I make sure to tell her not the chicken the beef burger, I been waiting for 17minutes and when I get my order I find the chicken burger. When I get back there other lady assisted me she didn’t try to solve the problem and she gives me attitude. I leave the order for her in the counter and I left, and I will never be back again to your store. The basic rules of McDonald’s it’s quick serving and the quality, I get none of it in the store. Check your Cameras and find out. Because with the attitude that some workers does might cost you losing clients that they come to you because of the convenience, if other franchise open near by you, be sure you will lose a lot specially if they have a bit better service than your store.Thank you.

I was dead tired when i rocked up here. I basically used their parking lot to reboot and tried to set up my android auto to no avail.The food I got was lovely and fresh.The service from the staff was down right inviting and the lady that served me was patient and helpful. Even when it took me some time to decide.Thanx a million guys. Been coming there since forever.Still loving it.

Not bad. Pretty much like every other MacDonalds. But I guess thats idea. Drivethru can sometimes be slow. For the most part though, its pretty acceptable.

The lady who served me on the drive through counter on Sunday 28 March 2021 around 4pm is bad news. I asked for 6 big Mac medium meals with 2 cokes 2 sprite and 2 fanta but she gave me 6 cokes, she also delayed claiming that I made a big order that needed a supervisor to approve. On my screen it displayed R284.00 but at the counter she said its R402.00I was left confused.

Just change the opening time to 8 if you cant be open at 7AM. Heres a line of people and cars. Iam sure everyone needs to get to work. I have seen 5 cars drive away now because of the shop still closed after 7. Pathetic 7:21 only got served and they couldnt even say good morning back and dont t expect serviets or sugar for you coffee...

Nothing much to note about this place. They met all the necessary requirements and expected service for me. When walking into a McDonalds one expects a certain level of service and food quality and they did not disappoint in that regard.

Got our order wrong thrice. When wanting to explain to server She would ignore and serve other patrons and no one to assist. It was busy and I understand that but if orders are completed correctly first time round it would go much quicker. Need order and everyone should be allocated a role not fall over each others feet when store gets busy

Staff very miserable and once again failed to put the full order in the bags, but told us at the drive through that they did. So we had to go back for our cheese burgers which they failed to give us, but were still laying on their warming shelf...

Bought a junior chicken double burger , took 2 bites only to taste something soft and then see that only the edges were cooked of the patties but the middle was still very raw.

Stay away from this place. The lady working the drive thru sounds like she has a very bad case of flu and none of the staff inside, including those at the serving window (Glad) dont wear masks properly. Typical staff arrogance.

Spicy veggie burger meals with cheese have become an absolute delight lately! Would love more vegetarian options or even something for breakfast but for now this will do.

Still beautifully fresh... only 1 thing do u guys have a tap option on ur card devices if so could u show all staff on tills. If u do not have it would be way better. If I recall other mcds do have the tap function.
