Bad attitude of night manger! I bought a packet of corn chips and they were old and stale, but the expiration date was still valid.I wanted to exchange it for another packet ,but the manager refused and insisted that the chips were fine after tasting one. He even suggested that maybe because I fasted that my taste buds were confused with regards to the taste. He insisted that I come back the following day for a refund.Very, very bad customer service!

Great coffee from the seattle coffees co. Their bakery had excellent koeksisters and bollas that complimented my cappuccino perfectly.The store is packed with an huge assortment of luxuries and some groceries. They also have a in-house restaurant.Good friendly service with a smile.

Service station convenience store with everything takeout and tasty. Owners often expanding the offerings and renovations are done to ensure customer convenience. Cant wait to see what will be revealed with building currently on the go under cover. Quite literally.

I love this fresh stop. Wide range of products. A little something for everyone. The waiting period at the crispy chicken deli at times can be way too long. But overall its a very awesome store.

Unhelpful staff and their donuts are inconsistent. Donuts never feel fresh! It used to be amazing but the standard has definitely slipped over the last few months. Manager or what I think is the manager walks around with earphones in his ears and not very helpful. Wonder why he bothers wearing the uniform.

This is the worst Fresh stop Ive been in. The staff act like they are doing you a favour by serving you....they only greet whom they want to especially if you are from Indian decent...( I stood at the counter the manager greeted the Indian Lady and gent next to me..He looked at me then just walked of and ignored me)... I think they just get it from the owner...He reprimanded the staff over the counter in front of the customers like they are servants and we the customers are just a by the way....totally disgusting!!!!!.The cleaner just mop the floor while the customers are standing there and then he dont even put a warning sign down...The Seattle Coffee taste completely different from any other shop Ive ever been( I have a cup every morning from different Seattle Coffee shops and what makes them so delicious is that they taste exactly the same no matter where you go)...so I dont know what type they sell....This is a nice shop but the manners will have to change starting by the owner(wishful thinking)......

Donut and ice cream shop inside. I tried the donuts and its okay.Seattle coffee no longer inside the fresh stop but there is a beautiful Vida e Cafe outside to satisfy your coffee needs.

They convenient for me as they close by and open 24 hrs. If I need something like fuel or bread and major retailers are closed I can pop in here quick quick

Not the best freshstop I have been to. Some of the staff have attitude and service by the burger section is so slow because there are clearly not enough staff for the demand. Stood for a long time waiting for someone to help me and gave up.Im not sure if they are badly treated or if some of them just dont care. There is just a bad vibe in this Freshstop. Food that is ready made looks old and dry and unappealing (by bakery) and there is honestly no good healthy options in the whole shop. Food is at least pretty cheap. It has potential but just isnt up to standard.

Chicken take aways have great weekend deals and coffee and doughnut at hand 24/7

We always shop at your outlet atleast once a week because 2e stay in pelican heights. If Kevin is on duty in your shop then i am happy but when your other manager is on duty i dont wana shop there because he dont have that customer service skills

Really busy. Everyone was rude to the cashiers. I dont know if they kept making mistakes but it seemed everyone was either in a bad mood tonight or just upset generally. There was an unreasonably long process to purchase chicken. Chicken tasted good though.

Friendly staff....lovely sweet treats cinnamon doughnuts etc and fantastic health bread ..baked on premesis....but not on a Monday.Milk price😁.Shop and stop for petrol and 4 different Atms

This is a fresh stop thats trying to be a coffee shop, doughnut shop, grocery shop, pastry shop, chicken licken or a KFC of sorts, a garage. Its all good and well until you get lots of customers then it is chaos in that micro store. Service isnt bad considering the amount of people. Chicken is great, cheap esp on Sundays when they have a special. Their coffee shop is expensive although coffee is great. Not a bad experience overall...

Food was good.Waiting area was non existent though, so it was very uncomfortable standing around in the shop

I hate how the seattle coffee there always tastes watered down. Ive been to about 4 other seattle coffee shops and none tastes as weak. No matter what barista i get there its not as rich tasting as the other shops

I just bought the 2 grilled chicken special with chips rolls and salad on this day the 19th. After tasting the salad it kinda tasted sour. I checked the date it expired the day b4 on the 18th. I then checked the rolls which had already expired on the 12th a full flippen week. I will not support there fast foods but seattle yes.

Waited 15 minutes for soft serve cone... Service 2nd rate.
