I had a very terrible experience from this takeout. I always order the streetwise 5 on the app. But I paid before everyone, but still got handed my food after everyone that came after me. It also felt as if they treat online orders different than normal orders. On top of that the first piece of chicken was very dry and the second one raw. See attached a picture of the raw chicken. Very disappointed in this kfc.

Waited about 45 minutes for 4 items. Dont see how its possible to wait so long for 2 burgers and 2 box masters. Other people were ordering the same things after me and got theirs immediately. Especially bad when they made my 2 krushers in like 3 minutes and they just stood there on the counter for 45 minutes. Will not be back here again.

Le 10/10/2020. I was come to KFC to collect my order but. But their service wasnt not good enough. I was waiting 30 minutes. 20 zinger wings. and when l contact supervisor shes told me to concer order if I dont have to wait 🤔time was 12 :02 imagine that service for them?

I ordered a dunked burger meal using the Uber Eats app and the burger was not well presented and the chips looked old and really yellow. Definitely not appealing. And ordered on a Friday. Ridiculous

Shame on you, KFC Parow Centre.Our order was placed at 18:19 this evening, we were told its going to take 2 minutes by Busi, 15 minutes later, the guy thats was working with Busi says, another 5 minutes. An entire 30 minutes later, this guy starts getting angry with us, because we kept asking how longer its going to be, he eventually starts becoming arrogant and decides to explain to us in a very childish manner, how the order systems hows at KFC. We only received our order at 18:50, no apology, just attitude.Whatever happened, to the value of face to face customer service ?

I received the incorrect order TWICE! Staff was nice to me though. But leaving the mall realising you have the wrong order is super inconvenient.

Always long lines standing almost out by the door. I think u guys needs more staff on the tills and staff thats friendlier and faster
