I recently bought a Samsung galaxy note 20. After arriving home and reading all the bad reviews especially the part about the back section of the phone being plastic I opted to return the fone 2 days later, only to be told that I can only return the phone if there is a problem with the phone. The phone was still brand new in the box they gave me, I havent even inserted my sim yet. Im lodging a complaint about them with the consumer council. The consumer act clearly say that you can return any item if you are not happy with the item. Im sure if it was in Claremont or Kenilworth (which I normally use) because I work in that area but stay in m/plain they would just taken it back. Ive been with vodacom for more then 10 years now and spend lots of money every month on 3 contracts I have with them. Maybe I should just cancel with them and look for a better service provider. They give you no assistance and are extremely unpleasant to deal with. Im very disappointed with the services provided by vodacom in Promenade

Has a good variety of cellphone accessories and cellphones. Pricing needs to be improved though.

Vodacoms shop has always overcharged me on their own products. Purchased a J5 Prime there for more than R4000 and the same phone was for sale at Game Stores for R2000 less. This and other products proved my point. The service was friendly but in hind sight I felt ripped off after learning about the price difference. Also I reported an issue and now after 4 working days I still received no further communication and the issue has not been resolved. I am a contract customer and the issue was the bad signal which is part of the service I expect. The signal has not been an issue before but now it is. And as a data contract customer the least I can expect is a decent constant signal
