Mashallah nice shop places visit to shop

I recently purchased two items from Mobile Planet. One being a Bluetooth Sound Box which I would have bought from Takealot but gave into my notion to support a small business. While in store I then asked about the suction cell phone stand and was told it was also meant for a tablet so it was strong enough. I made the mistake to not check it in my car right there. I only did this a few days later. To my dismay it was flimsy and could not hold the weight of my cell phone. As this store does not issue any receipts when you buy something I had the feeling they would not consider sorting out the issue. Nevertheless I tried today. The guy who sold it to me came out to check it in my car and saw how it flopped around. He tried justifying how it can wear out. I was not impressed. No apology. No what can I do to make you happy. Then again I cannot expect much more from a store not issuing any receipts. So much for supporting small business.I gave the defective stand to him and said he can keep it and he gladly took it. Can you believe it.Dont buy anything from these guys!!!!
