I am really disappointed and dismayed by this company. I bought a TV box, salesperson told us we have 6 months to return it if we experience any problems. We went to test it at home and found that the TV box didnt work properly. We went back the next day to return it and get our money back. Here comes the bullsh*t... We are not able to get our money back immediately, because they dont have cash in the store. Now we have to wait 2-7 working days for the money to reflect. I would not recommend this store, ever!

Good I have order screen for J1 Ace and Huawei P8 Lite.I was giving tracking number and my package ,It was return to cape town when I try to find out why no one give me direction .At last last week I received the package and when I open it incorrect Screens.my biggest worry my clients are waiting for phone now I must try to find out again why I receive incorrect Screen.Please help I am tired trying now.

I was going to give a much lower score since despite their site indicating available stock and shipping within 3 days for my order on the 3rd working day I got an email saying stock is on order.But since they (as far as I know because usually their courier only delivers on weekdays) arranged for the delivery to happen earlier than expected on saterday I cant say Im anything but happy with their service...I do think their site needs work but it could just be a product of the current outbreak.

Ordered a screen and some glue from them one and a half weeks ago. They took 4 working days to send the item, they ignored my emails and after the first call, they ignored my calls as well.After fighting with Aramex due to the Paycheap not supplying the correct address, name or phone number, the screen arrived today but they didnt ship the glue. If you feel like a bit of frustration in your life then order from this shop.(My order was luckily placed via their Bidorbuy page so I can use Bidorbuy to hold them accountable for the poor service)

My order is still pending after 3 days, there is no communication at all, have sent emails, tried chatting on whatsapp, eventually got through to someone on whatsapp yesterday around 4 o clock and they asked for my proof of payment, i sent them my proof of payment for the 3rd time and then no reply and no change of my order status. Both are even fnb so the payment should show immediately.

In general my experience was not that great. Ive done seamless transactions in the past with this establishment but my last experience was unexpected and disappointing. An item was ordered online and paid for, as done before, but then the anticipated item delivery was not done. Upon e-mail inquiry it seemed like my order was misplaced and lost in the system. The sales rep was indirect and rude in his short response, without any feedback on the delivery. Then I made use of their online chat tool on which the agent replied that he noticed my rude mail but will dispatch the purchased item accordingly. Like I said earlier, this was unexpected and unprofessional. My low rating is only due to bad personal experience and vibe from sales person during my inquiry and follow up.

The price for products are great and i think the owner have a great idee for selling electronics at a good price but the management and the communication between the business and the client are wrong. Very bad service. Chris doesnt deliver what he promise. Robert Henrion bought a charger and was promised delivery in George within 2 working days. After 3 days they haven’t even sent the package to Fastway. Gave us a tracking no but as Fastway say, we will not be able to trace the package because PayCheap hasn’t dispatch the package. Moneys already paid, but no delivery.
