The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff are completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service to the point where they blatantly ignore you when you try to ask questions. I will be canceling my subscription and moving over to MTN.

If I could I would give this store 0... I see they have a standard bad rating by most reviews here - wish I checked before I went there. WORST customer service ever. Once they have your money they couldnt care less about you. Avoid using this store at ALL costs - save yourself a lot of effort and go somewhere else!

Absolutely terrible service! We have tried to change ownership of a contract for over a year and still no luck! Unhelpful and unfriendly! Eventually had to go to blue route Vodacom for assistance. I will never go back to this branch!!!!!

Given the reviews here on google I was expecting the worst but frankly I couldnt have been more surprised. Lorenzo assisted me and was fast friendly and efficient. The rest of the staff were equally pleasant to deal with.

If you happy with average service and wait 5-6 days for a device? Then the LongBeach mall Vodacom it is. Never have the advertised devises in stock, average service. Used the Blue Route Vodacom on a Sunday and it rocked!

As said before, this store is getting a terrible reputation. 3/4 guys just hanging around & cannot be bothered unless you have bucks & buy big.. That Older staff member thinks he is God!Thankfully it lead me to TELKOM where I now have a great deal.

Its a fact of life that Cell phone shops will never be at a standard we expect, but this shop certainly takes bad service to a whole new level. I have had to deal with this branch a few times now and Im at boiling point at the lack of structure and all round lack of care from any of their lazy and disgusting staff. You are greeted by a line of shop assistants laying in their chairs and glued to there cell phones playing PUBG that dont even get up, let alone sit up when you enter the store. They have this stare of complete and utter unintrest when you greet them, and would rather answer you from their chairs when you ask a question. These same louts messed up my contract so badly that I was paying the wrong account for almost a year, then couldnt help me fix it or cancel my account as the owner had told them they couldnt anymore because it was a process. Then in the past few weeks they now dont take cash to pay your account?!?!? Blue route, cavindish and constantia all accept cash payments!!! I have been to vodacom 4U shops all over South Africa and the staff are amazing, this place deserves to be shut down and each one of them fired. This has been a non stop battle and I have had enough.

I have yet to find service more terrible at any cellphone shop. Migration from Autopage to Vodacom has been a nightmare. The arrogant young man helping me tried his best to make it as impossible as he could to NOT help me. Seriously disappointed. No concept of customer service
