Two weeks ago on Sunday after 13h00 I went to this store requesting assistance with my device and was told wait for the technician and after then told that he was leaving after that client and I need to come back...I was speechless. Horrendous service...I would not recommended that anyone use their services.

My time was wasted in the most disrespectful way I could think of from a shop. I was told that the unit I want is available and after waiting 5 days, I get a call saying that they dont have it. Basically I must just deal with it. My credit score has been tampered with but they are not bothered.

Hi i would like to recommend vodacom shop, they got a good service they understood my complain n just get to help me right away without, requesting many things, my phone was freezing, they fixed it in a day.

Best Vodacom shop in Western Cape! Friendly and fun staff. They are super helpful and efficient. I upgraded my phone in my lunch time and they managed to transfer all my info to my new phone inthat time as well.

Very bad service from consultants and and you can see why, management is very poor! They give you the impression that you are providing them with a service instead of the other way round. Their customer service is disgusting!

Extremely poor service. I phoned to confirm if their machine used for cutting gel screen protectors is working. The lady I spoke to confirmed that it was in a working order and I said that I would come through to get one made. After driving more than 60 km to get to the store, I then had to wait 20 minutes for the person that could operate the machine to return. When I went back after 20 minutes, I was told that the machine was broken. Not only did their pathetic service waste my time, but also money spent on fuel to drive there for no reason. There is definitely a reason their rating is as low as shown!

Was so helpful when i went into the shop, applied for a contract and Ashley told me that there was a R9 outstanding on our account and i need to pay for it, he will submit the paper work in the following day, and i can collect the phone on Tuesday, i called on Tuesday to find out if i can come collect the phone and was told that the paper work has only been submitted 4 days later that what it was suppose to. Pathetic

Pulling teeth is easier and less painful than dealing with this store, lacking in everything that is required to work in retail. Dont bother with this store because they will waste your time and money, Oh and still waiting for some sort of management figure to attend to my query. Yes Jaco, I am talking to you!!!!

Pathetic in every sense of the word. Incompetent, mismanaged, all smoke and mirrors, do not go near they will waste your time and contradict everything you would expect to receive from a professional vodacom outlet. Somehow not out of business yet. I now believe the poor reviews these guys have. Avoid them like the plague. NB customer of 14years at this outlet, this place and the gentlemen who are running it need attention from head office ASAP.

They probably take their lunch quite seriously as there are no answers between 1 and 2pm. Gotta stay fueled I guess

Incompetent staff, unnecessary delays that could have been avoided. My parcel was delayed, due to the wrong address being captured as well as the incorrect contact details. Not to mention they are hardly ever available via telephone.

Also found the staff, including the manger ( Jaco) unwilling to help. The renewal of the contract took more than two hours with the excuse that it is a new system. I had to pay R40 to download my data- although I was informed that the first 20 minutes are free of charge and then after that they charge R40. Back home I discovered that although I paid the R40 my WHATSAPP data was not transferred to my new phone. On my return to the shop I had to wait for 30 minutes before I was attended to and was informed that to have the whatsapp downloaded it will cost me another R40- for a job that did not take more than 3minutes. Other cellphone shops offer this service free of charge no matter how long it takes. When I raised my unhappiness with Jaco(manager) his comment was that if I am unhappy I am free to go to their opposition - he was not interested in my story at all

Consultants show no professionalism.No courtesy, I had a application pending for also 5 days, when they told me they’ll get back to me in 3 days, I decided to eventually call, after 5 days.Only to be told that the product is on a back order.Seriously?Very poor customer service.
