Got charged R940.00 for two sim swaps and some set up assistance on two phones. Manager thought it was funny when I reported the rip off to him. Go elsewhere, I like vodacom but this store and its staff give well below poor customer service.

Disgusting service at Vodacom.Could not assist me and I was told that I needed to wait an hour before I would be assisted by the manager. P.s I was there at exactly 09:00.For all those experiencing piss poor service with Vodacom, I highly recommend going to telcom, better service and better deals.

To try and get through to this branch is a nightmare!!!Phone just rings and rings!NO ANSWER!Not a good first impression as i ported my number from Cell C to Vodacom and my number is still not working!!Try loading data, no luck!

Absolutely pathetic, the revolving door leading into the mall has better customer service. Just drive to Table bay and save yourself the trouble!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE! There is unfortunately no option for a zero star review otherwise i would have chosen that. Bought a product a month ago which went faulty. Went back to the store for a refund only to be told “ we do not do refunds, its store policy”. So, this store is in other words apparently above the law, seeing that the consumer protection act states that, if a product goes faulty within 6 months of purchase, it is AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CONSUMER to ask for refund, replace or repair ( customer’s choice). So, if you don’t want to be done in by them like me, rather shop elsewhere. Oh, and let me not forget: we were NOT covid screened upon entering the shop, our hands were not sprayed, no temperature taken and no names taken down. So, not only does this shop have no regard for the consumer protection act, it also seems that the covid regulations stipulated by government , does not apply to them. How are shops like this still in business?
