Went to get a sim card. What a bad experience.Absolutely NO customer service........In fact, if you dont make a noise, youre ignored.......

Was a good experience for the first time

Cell C Vangate Mall. My experience was not good at all. Before I could explain what I was looking for , the assistant told me their cheapest phone is R8000. Not good at all. Then she even recommended a store I could go to for a cheap phone. No sales talk or welcome to Cell C. Her colleague assisting my son, went out of his way to explain the features of their phones, although he wasnt looking to buy a phone.

Why you come to me now after all that I had to go through when I paid you your money which I was told to pay by you and brought back the proof of payment which I was told to do by you then after a few days my problem started with you claiming I still owe you money which I disputed which led to you suspending your service. Which led me to take my business to where I get a pleasant service thanks to you

Vangate mall is the worst when looking to ne helped with Emergencies. There is no medical emergency assistance at all. They dont even have Emergency numbers available for close by hospitals. Security were unprofessional and were confused amd Management was not even aware of the incident.

I was not impressed with the fact that I had been waiting a long time to be helped, yet there seem to have been multiple staff coming in and out of the back office. There was one woman on the floor, supposedly busy with other customers. And what impressed me even less was the fact that one of the idiots came from the back room and helped someone who had just come into the store. Only to be joined by another idiot from the back room. So much so, that the guy behind the counter stared at me open mouthed.....obviously also finding this incredulous. He promised to help me as soon as he was done, which he did. Thank you to him.

Most stores are of quality when it comes to customer service especially Focshini. Parking is a nightmare and one is no longer ankle to drop off and go at either front entrances. NOT MY FAVOURITE MALL BY A LOBG SHOT!!!!
