Hi I have just taken out a contract with Admire great sales person ,I have not even paid my first installment as yet Friday went in store to report my screen protector was damaged explain to your sales person the ph did Not fall they said that it was cracked i explain it because i pull it to see the default Really the reaction was we cant replace not asking what we can do to assist worst service i ever went next door got a new screen protector and gave the damaged one to your staff that is after sales service for you with no clients we have no jobs people after sales services

Im generally never impressed with service in capetown.Not saying im a negative person but just that past experiences have made me that way.However, today and over the past weeks ive been truly impressed,greatfull and appreciative of the service received by telkom n1 city, by a gentleman and store manager Mr Gavin HendricksI wont go in to detail about what my issue was with Telkom as i dealt with that via other channels.This post is strictly to praise and applaude a young and dedicated man who went over and above what was expected...and especially for someone who had no involvment in my issue in the first place.I hope Telkom rewards and appreciates this employee.Thank you Gavin.

5 Star service from Admire Mautsi. My son-in-law recommended him because of their great experience at that store 2 weeks ago. Their baby was a week old and my daughter had to sign for his upgrade, but couldnt spend a long time instore because of her circumstances. Admire did all their paperwork telephonically.
