The screen of my Galaxy Note 9 was cracked with a fall. There response was super fast and their price the best by far. I was able to wait for the replacement to take place and less than 2 hrs later my phone was repaired. I immediately asked them to do a new screen protector for the phone as well which was also done very professionally. R800 for a new charger point installation on my phone which i had no problem with... Paid R400 deposit and then 10min later I get called saying the guy might break my LCD screen trying to fix the charger point and that i will be responsible for the replacement which costs R3000???? Are you kidding me... Never heard such nonsense in my life.... IF YOU BREAK IT YOU PAY FOR IT... Safe to say I took my deposit money and left and will never be returning

I have been trying to get my phone screen replaced for the past 6 months at Wefix with endless problems.....Luckily I heard about the Cellphone Surgeon! A bit hesitant to send my phone away as I previously had no luck with the screen replacement and there was also a long waiting period for the phone to be picked up and returned, I wasnt quite sure what to expect. To my surprise my phone was picked up on Monday morning ASAP and shipped to CT, it arrived back at my door on Thursday!! Great service, phone screen is working perfectly! My iPhone 7 started getting warm when charging and using it. I took it in to Cellphone Surgeon and they diagnosed the battery as faulty. The replacement cost of the battery did not break the bank and was done quickly. I can only recommend them based on my own experience

When I had a broken screen to my phone i bought in to them, they quoted me and took my phone in to do the repairs the next day it was done and I could come collect it, I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism that they showed. The cost was lower than the quote they originally gave me, always super friendly and will defiantly go back to them if I have any phone issues.

My experience with Cellphone Surgeon at Tablebay Mall has been good. They were honest from the beginning, making sure I understood the repair would be risky. I however, wasnt so patient. However, they tried their best to repair my device but couldnt and nevertheless, they never charged me a cent. Thankyou Cellphone Surgeon for your honesty. They deserve 5 stars

Probably hard to please everyone but I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff at table bay mall. I had an issue where my phone wont charge, took it in for diagnosis and they found nothing wrong with it. Apparently the tech just opened it and cleaned it and did not charge me a cent! Replaced my battery - 1 year ago:The Good: I replaced my battery (Sony Z5) battery here about a year ago. The phone was 2 years old at the time and it became clear it needed a new one. Very helpful and professional service. They finished the battery replacement within 45-60 minutes. The 6 month guarantee on all replaced parts also gave me piece of mind.The Bad: I am disappointed in their replacement batterys quality. I specifically asked the technician if the replacement battery was the same mAh as the original Sony battery, to which he said yes. Given, they install third party batteries so quality will not be as good as the original. But from the get go it was obvious that the new battery really lacked performance. It only lasted marginally longer than the old original. One year down the line, I can hardly get half-a-day worth of use from the replacement. R500 pretty much wasted in my opinion.Bottom line: I would advise you to use them for other jobs on your phone, but its not worth to pay R500 for a replacement battery...

Bad bad bad service!Went in to fix my iPhone and they asked me to pay 300 for a damage report which i didn’t receive after multiple callsThen once I collected my phone back after the reportMy touchscreen wasn’t workingSo I paid 300 to get my phone broken by them!Rip off!Horrible service!Do not recommend this place, took my phone to Wefix damage report done immediately for 150Phone fixed same day by 5 pm.

I took my Samsung phone to these guys to have the screen replaced. When it came to me needing to replace the screen protector, the entire screen popped off as I was removingthe old tape, at the same time destroying the connection between phone and their new screen. After informing Cellphone Surgeon about this, I was told that replacing the screen protector tape should be done by professionals with special tools and I should not have carried it out myself. Maybe the real issue is the type of glue being used to reseal the phone? Im sure everybody buying screen protectors from Take a Lot doesnt have to worry about their phone getting destroyed if they had to change their screen protectors themselves and I sincerely doubt they need special tools for it. Its tape...It peels off.Edit: in reply to Cellphone Surgeon response. You are talking about the wrong precedure here. I was NOT removing tempered glass. I was removing the plastic film cover which is just a sticker. A sticker should not be able to pull the phone apart. I have a second samsung s10 which i will document the same test and film the results for you. I guaratee you 100 percent, the phone will not pull apart. Blaming your clients for your mistakes is very poor indeed. The procedure i did I have done many times before, just like most people out there. Very unprofessional to assume i was after a free screen replacement when there was absolutely no talk about that in any of my correspondence.

Your assumption that a client is seeking a free screen replacement, is unprofessional to say the least. It would seem that you have completely misunderstood what your client is trying to communicate.

Edwin and Aimee were very helpful today. I have had issues with my S9 charging port and they had a quick look, knew the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. Next time I have an issue I know I do not need to delay it and I can just head straight to them.

I was really happy with the service I received from Cellphone Surgeon in Table Bay Mall. They ask the price they quoted you on and it really only takes +- 15 minutes so I highly recommend them. Was also the cheapest quote I got👍🏻👍🏻 you can inbox and ask for a quote. The replacement screens are glass. Just recommending because I am very impressed and people get ripped off all the time🤙🏻

I paid my deposit and was notified that the parts had arrived so I took my phone in on the weekend to be repaired. I get notified that the parts were faulty and that they will have to order more and that I should come pick up the phone. I go to collect the phone only to be told that the manager has ordered the replacement parts and please can I leave my phone with them one more day. I am dubious but I am assured that the parts will be delivered the next day and that i will be able to collect the phone. End of the next day swings around and I have heard nothing so I contact them to be told that no the parts have not arrived and no my phone is not repaired yet. No communication. No management of my expectations. Now I have to go pick up my phone and wait for them to get the parts and take it back in again on a weekend.
