Busy with only 2 people to attend to you at 10 am. Shop should be better laid out. But i was seen quite fast and there was a good vibe.

Shocking couldnt care less service!Been waiting for 7 days for the Bayside Shop to call me back regarding my upgrade.The number listed is incorrect and Ive made several calls that go unawered!Very annoying!

My phone got delivered to the store and I was never notified, kept calling them and they advised that they have not received my device, only to find out that my device was delivered to the store on the 25th of November, bad service for the staff to not notify me when they received my device and for them to keep telling me that they are waiting for my device even though it was delivered to them.. really not impressed and now that I am here to collect my device no one is attending to me, the staff is busy talking to eachother and two other gentleman on their phones...

Cell C is terrible. Technical Department and Admin department is the worst. Staff at Cell C Bayside however is super. Feel sorry for them with such a bad support team.

Worst experience of my life! I will never ever use cell c again!They make you pay a cancellation fee and then still deduct money from your account after they have confirmed your account is cancelled.impossible to get a refund either

You will get frustrated here... But you get angry at the wrong people . Staff do a great job and the store is clean and welcoming but let me just say3 staff members 5 clientsStaff seeing to 3 clients so (me and someone before me waiting)We waited 25 minutes before the lady in front of me went...Staff do a Goff job but they short staff..Most people in the queue just ask questions so just get someone to handle thatOn the upper hand.. Service is good and friendly . Hassle free and good clear communication as well as willingness to helpAlso clients need to understand when its really required to go in store as many problems can be handled by phoning in.. Going in store unnecessarily causes a queues..But the service saved the rating and other customers need to know what numbers they should call.. But well done
