The service was good and relatively quick. The technician was friendly and not at all condescending (he did not act like I didnt know what I was talking about, like some do). Where I may not have fully understood something he was patient to explain the concepts/procedures involved.All staff were friendly and helpful.Only complaint is that the Take a number system was a little confusing in terms of finding a specific problem, even with knowing what I was looking for.

I absolutely love this shop....the people at this shop is totally with it. They know what they are doing and are always friendly and eager to assist. Coming from JHB where service is atrocious....this is just wonderful!!!Keep up the good service guys!!! and thanks xxx

Always a waiting period. They always have a lot of customers waiting. Shows bussness are good for them

With 3 vodacom shops in the mall you will find what you are looking for. Just Goodluck finding the right one.

If you wish to teach staff something, go to this one. Or in training or dont care ot I am too white. Will not promote or visit or help. Drive pass and go to Langebaan. Much better.

I usually get friendly service there - it is a pity though that staff members seem to frequent the parking terrain for smoke breaks

Ridiculous...NO stock. Orders take 1 to 2 weeks. I could walk to Cape Town in that time...!!!!!!!!!!!
