I lost my phone a few weeks ago. Had some trouble along the way with the insurance claim and Deveroux Paulsen assisted me in getting my claim approved. He consistently followed up with myself and the insurance company until they approved my claim. Even after everything he continuously impressed me with his Stella customer service skills. Extended compliments to the rest of the store employees too, always greeted with friendly smiles and enthusiasm to assist their clients.

This place has really changed for the better since this new team has taken over. The customer service is really good, especially the manager of the store, who goes out of her way with a friendly smile and is really hands on. They dont deserve this bad rating.

They sold me a used iPhone claiming it was new. This was not very nice. Don’t shop here.I emailed you per your response to my email and you never wrote back.

Honestly I couldnt wish for better service today. Bought my Huawei p30 at this place, because staff at all the shops - vodacom and incredible connections was behaving like I inconvenience them, lazy people without training. Thx God I went to Hi and finally bought a new phone, guy answered all my questions and was really helpful.
