Unique little cafe. Sweet treats are mouth watering delicious. Shots where potent. Unicorn latte not so tasty, but pretty. Definitely a place to visit if you enjoy a healthy meal or snack.

I think it is fair that any review done of an eatery during Covid times needs to be mindful of incredibly trying times with staff cuts and substantially reduced cashflow so menu options were limited. Just chill, support the business in the knowledge you are paying it forward. Having said that, from the limited menu I really enjoyed the vegan chocchip cookie and cappacino.

Really one of my favourite restaurant/cafes in Cape Town. Such delicious food. And considering the expensive healthy ingredients that go into the food it actually is very reasonably priced. The food always leaves me satisfied and feeling great. The aesthetics of the place are incredible,such a nice design. There is also a lovely vibe here. And it is not as busy as the one in town.

If you’re looking for a tropical oasis on a gloomy Cape Town day (or any other kind of day too), Nourish’d will soothe your soul. Beautiful plant displays, gorgeous meals and lovely staff. I personally love ordering the unicorn latté - if you avoid dairy, be sure to ask for almond milk (not everything is vegan here). All the meal options are colourful, plant-based an served exquisitely. Do keep in mind that you’re paying for quality, so it’s not a budget option for lunch/breakfast.

Some of the best most delicious vegan food that Ive ever tasted. The jackfruit burger is amazing!Service can tend to be a bit slow as it is such a popular location.Edit: service is super slow - took about 50 minutes to get our order done. A shame since I do like what they do.

This is an immensely popular juice and smoothie cafe. The juice was fantastic but it was not made on the spot at the very moment of the purchase. The server gave me a bottle from the fridge. I am sure it was fresh but I would have liked to see it being made when I bought the juice. The decor is contemporary, green and cool. Take note: they do not take cash. They only accept cards (MasterCard accepted) and Snapscan.

Food is delicious but it takes toooo long. I’m a fan of the cold pressed juices 💘

I always try to support them as the location in town is great but this one is just meh. Call at 4:08 to see if they can do a quick takeaway smoothie and it’s like “No were closed.” Dude it’s 8 minutes and you’re breaking down the food stations. You can obviously do it, they just choose not to. It’s not the first time that I’ve struggled to get orders from there (tried twice during their extremely strict business hours and the staff weren’t interested) and I’m not the only one that has experienced the “Meh” vibe so posting here in hopes that proper channels read it as if it was my business I would want to know that my staff aren’t properly motivated to make sales. But the one in town is good. Go there.

Such a big fan of yours ❤️ I’ve been sick the last couple of days and all I could stomach down was your smoothie bowls and juices. For three days straight the only reason I would get out of bed was to open up the door for the delivery guy. It makes me smile when I received the brown paper bag with my name doodled on it. I have about six bottles I still need to return but absolutely love the black buchu juice - I highly recommend trying it. Also out of the bladdy blazin , naughty nutter, mango mangito and gone green (which was all super delicious) the green one was my favourite. I also want to thank you for reaching out when Uber eats made a double order, I would not have known if you guys didn’t check up . Thank YOU!

Utterly disappointed. Waited over half an hour for my food, leaving empty handed with a pending refund.Decided to try out this restaurant that had been recommended to me by friends. On arriving I was welcomed by dirty dishes and boxes on the serving counters and occupying empty tables. Especially during a pandemic, no one wants to be seated at a table that hasn’t been sanitised let alone cleared from the previous occupants leftovers.I first waited at the till to place my order where a lady, who at initial thought was the manager, did not give me a single glance of acknowledgment. I finally got a waiter to take my order. Once I placed my ordered and paid for my meal, I was forced to sit at a bar table since the other free tables were occupied by dirty dishes. After half an hour of waiting for my food, where customers that arrived after me had already received their order, I decided to query about where my food was. The same lady ‘manager’ ensured me that my food was nearly ready. A while later another man entered the restaurant and saw my troubled look. He approached me to ask what was wrong, announcing that he was actually the manager (I do not know where he was for the previous half an hour). I enlightened him on my situation where I had been waiting for my food while later customers had already been served and that I would like a refund if the food was not yet made, which I was already ensured was nearly ready. After some time, the manager returned to me to say that I will get a refund since there was a glitch in the system and my order was not received by the kitchen - obviously they had not even started making the food. The manager started taking my banking details as he was not able to give me an immediate refund and while doing so realised that they had given my food to the other customers who arrived after me.Hungry and upset, I had to leave and make another plan for lunch. The most disappointing part is that the restaurant staff and manager did not seem all that bothered or apologetic about what had happened or at the state of their restaurant. I am still waiting for my refund, which I sincerely hope arrives soon.5/5 would NOT recommend for service, the food on the other hand, I guess I will never know.

Probably one of my favourite places in CT! The vegan treats are a favourite go to (millionaire shortbread and bounty bars). Smoothie bowls are massive and the vegan French toast is a must try! But so are their bowls! And toasts! Choosing something to eat is difficult as everything is so dam good!

I was pleasantly surprised after visiting Nourishd with my vegan friends. Ive never tried the vegan lifestyle but I am considering the switch to a healthier lifestyle and more sustainable food sources. Places like Nourishd make experiencing new ingredients and replacements for animal products easy and the smoothie bowl I ordered was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the Café itself was modern and attractive. The atmosphere was very welcoming overall.As students, the menu is quite expensive and we cannot afford regular visits, but it is to be expected as they use imported ingredients and such.We will definitely be visiting again!

Nourishd is my go to spot for coffee and smoothie bowls, some of, if not the best smoothie bowls in Cape Town. The Observatory branch has some amazing additional menu items as well. The burger is delicious as is the wrap. The bowls are really great as well. The vibe at the Obs store is a little less frantic than the CBD branch, probably due to the increased space and not having to constantly keep an eye out for an open seat although it does still get pretty busy over lunch time. All just testament to the awesome service and food!

Lovely tastes

My first visit there and wont ever go back. Helped ourselves to menus after waiting at the door for a few minutes. Found our own seats, sat and waited for another 20 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted after making several attempts to get a waiters attention. Eventually got up and left.

I had the falafel wrap and it was delicious. The juices were very disappointing and definitely not worth R52.

Highly recommended, great food all freshly made. Very welcoming and friendly staff. A+

Uber Eats order cancelled after 40 minutes due to wi-fi issues. It remains unclear at this time which ingredient could not be downloaded. Must be some vegan-related issue. Luckilly, because if the wait, willing restaurants serving meat are now open. Dodged a bullet without knowing it.

Came through to visit your Obz store as I have been following you guys on Instagram and have read the reviews of how lovely your establishment is. Unfortunately my experience of your Obz branch wasnt as great as one expected. After coming in we took our own menus and went to sit at a spot to go through it. After viewing the menu, I went back up to the till point to order. A lady was processing her card payment. And the female staff, who was a pregnant, didnt even look at the woman who was paying but instead was on WhatsApp at the front desk. The lady stopped stared at the staff probably expecting the staff member to inquire if she wanted a receipt or just to acknowledge her. She seemed awkward and turned away. I stepped up expecting the staff member to greet or at least acknowledge me. I spoke to her and tried to get her attention, but she was glued to her WhatsApp. The barista saw what happened and came to assist me. He also added extra CBD oil without my knowledge to my bill which added an extra R10, which I inquired on. And he explained he added more in. I didnt challenged why just assumed to add more in. I guess thats a regular thing? Was really expecting the friendly, helpful and welcoming vibe spoken of, but didnt get that from your Obz branch. The smoothie bowl was good tho. Hence the 3 stars.

If I could give you guys a “zero” I would. The worse service I ever received. After being in your restaurant for an hour, we had to leave. In short, only one meal arrived and then after waiting and waiting we were told that the second meal was not rang-up, this 30 min’s since we got there. I went to pay for the other meal again at the counter and apologies were made for the wait once again and that the food was being plated. After waiting another 15 min’s we had to leave, because on of us had to go to work. Thank you for ruining a perfect morning with sloppy service. I can’t believe you treat your customers like this!

Best dirty chai Ive ever had, but an establishment so focused on human health shouldnt serve cows milk. On top of that, you charge R12 for almond milk. Youre exploiting someones decision to be health conscious and anti-animal cruelty.

Awesome juice bar in quirky area. Very environmentally concious and super tasty food and smoothies. A little more expensive compared to other spots in town but the quality of the ingredients makes up for it! Would reccomend.
