10 staff members behind the counter. What for? To make noise. Where is the social distancing??? Friday morning, all it does is actually slow down your order.Usually great service, so sad!

This branch makes super disgusting coffee. If your coffee isnt watered down by over-extraction, tasting as though they reuse used coffee, then youre getting coffee that tastes old. Like old beans that have been roasted months ago, leaving a VERY BURNT taste in your mouth. This is the 3rd time in a row that my spouse has purchased and the coffee has to be thrown away. Absolutely disgusting.

Coffee shop with seating in the foyer near the Woolworths entrance. The very good coffee was served with a small chocolate. Order at the coffee counter and find a table. Wheelchair accessible.

Had very nice experiences there previously, but the last time I was there I wanted to pay cash only to find that you could not at that time due to the pandemic. There were no signs to indicate this so I just went ahead and after I ordered I was informed that cash was not begin accepted at the time. The lady then showed me the TINY notice on the table where no one could read or see it! Please make these things more clear and visible!!!

The staff was SO loud!!! 😠 I couldnt hear my friend next to me talking. The lady behind the till was talking to her coworkers and didnt even speak to us once. Quick service but the customer treatment can be much, much better!

Both staff members were blunt and rude. Not a friendly Vida unfortunately, where others are usually so good.

DIRTY CHAI latte is far TOO SWEET! I swear they put in 10 spoons of sugar. The staff was rude and had an attitude problem when I complained. Terrible service!

I ordered a chicken and mayo toastie, paid the R45, only to be told later that the toaster is so slow and was given a partially warm toasted sandwich. Absolutely tasteless and overpriced. The staff there are so busy talking amongst themselves and little attention is given to customers eg eye contact a smile , your change is dumped in your hand and they just merely go back to their chatting.

The usual Great Vida service.Theres good seating spaces although its right by people who pass by so might not be a quiet spot to work.

Red Cappuccino was not up to standard. And when brought to their attention it wasnt received in good spirit.

Ordered a flat white there, since it’s the only coffee I drink I have some expectations however they were not met on my last visit to the store. The barista was rushed due to having to take orders, payments and preparing.

Didnt have a price tag on the sandwiches. After I order and before I paid or received the sandwiches they told me the price and when i asked them to remove the sandwiches from my order they refused.

Sunday 7 April 2019. Staff of 8 pieces make noise and chat deafeningly behind the counter. Customers who come here to relax and enjoy something delicious are not taken into account at all. I will definitely not againVidae e Caffé does not visit. This is due to a noisy staff.
