If you looking for the best sisha social place then it is Aldiwan. very friendly staff, order a drink whilst you wait for your selected flavoured pipe being made.Apple head is about R90+.Flavours taste a lot better on apple, ask for Kiwi mint or Coconut mint flavours, you wont be disappointed.

We always end up here after a day out or even just to end off the week. Newly added food items and drinks to the menu. New location provides balcony seating to enjoy the summer sunsets and cool summer breeze. Various flavors of shisha and they stay open quite late.

This place is a bit hard to find, however there are pictures from the owner uploaded, which make things clear.The place looks cozy inside and has a balcony where we were sitting. They have a big TV screen inside having soccer games running that weekend day. Service was a bit slow with the drinks but it was fine for us so no complaints. The hookah/shisha/pipe was good in taste and had a nice, dense smoke. Prices are cheap to average.

Great fast service and a very relaxed atmosphere

We called. Made a reservation. Arrived on time. Only to be told that our table had been given away and there was no longer any seating available. We also could not speak to a manager nor the person who had made our booking. So our night was ruined as it was too late to go anywhere else. I will never go here again and the atmosphere was quite claustrophobic and intimate - as if youre sharing a table with the whole restaurant. Minite.

The place has a nice, chilled vibe. Very cosy. However: their service is extremely slow. I go often but somehow it still takes at least 30 mins to an hr for the pipe to get to me. This has happened regardless of the number of customers. Please fix this as I really do enjoy the pipes and vibe.

It was quiet a nice place to visit. There is quiet a few things that could be improved. Their hookah is quite nice thou and the environment is relaxing and allows you to smoke and drink in absolute peace and tranquility

I absolutely love this place🤩. There is such a wonderful layed back energy and they now have a balcony if you prefer sitting outside. I havent tried the food yet because I usually go after Ive had dinner on a Friday or Saturday night but I hear the food is delish😋. I enjoy a good cup of tea and they offer quite a variety - I am impressed👌. Their hookahs are so well priced (R85), far less than the other lounges Ive been to. The crowd is also entertained by a gorgeous belly dancer😍. This is a great lounge to go to if you want to enjoy the company of friends or family in a layed back and relaxed place. As a bonus you get FREE belly dance entertainment😎😊. Im looking forward to my next visit 👍

I have visited AL Diwan for the past 7years and I have been a loyal customer to the brand to the point where I have referred numerous friends and family members to this specific Shisha lounge. I am however very disappointed in the service and I literally wait more than a half how to be served, the waiter looks like he doesnt understand any of the orders Ive given.I am highly disappointed in the service.

Decided to check out their new space on January 18th, which was a horrible mistake.Arrived there after 7pm and by then we were extremely hungry. Only to be told the chef is not in and will arrive shortly, yet after over an hour passed but no chef arrived. What’s the point of including on your menu that your kitchen closes a certain time but there’s no chef even available?We then noticed a group of 4 across from us were eating debonairs. We then asked the waiter if we were also able to go and get some and he said no it’s not allowed. And when we mentioned the group across from us, he said he hadn’t seen them bring it in, yet he was serving them.What bs.We didn’t finish our drinks nor our pipe and just paid and left.I hope no one else receives the horrible service which we did as we certainly won’t be returning.

A great all round experience. An Arabian low-light atmosphere that greets you through a cloud of hookah smoke. The hookahs were phenomenal with affordable pricing with lots of smoke and a huge range of flavours. I will definitely go there again to try the food and enjoy a hookah (or two) while Im there.

Al Diwan now situated upstairs from its previous spot. Definitely a great improvement, with awesome outdoor chilled seating. New and improved, the wait was worth it as others cannot compare. Food is served and prepared from their kitchen and is halaal, my personal favorite is most definitely the samoosas and chips plate serving.Relaxed chilled super cool hangout

Decent Arabian lounge experience. Hookah flavor range was admirable, with comfortable seating. Not just a hookah lounge, as a fair selection of food is also available on the menu.
