Great options, healthy choices.

Wow, what a special place. The store and restaurant combination made us not want to leave. Really friendly staff, excellent coffee, wonderful food. And for those of us who care about all the ingredients, complete transparency. Saving this to the loved places list and will be back often!

Falafel green wrapVery healthy and loved how everything was plated 👌🏼Only 4 stars because I found the juices just a little bit on the pricey side. Over R100 for 2 orange juices seems a little bit too much, but was freshly squeezed and very refreshing.Shop also well stocked

Had smashed Avo. Best ever. Pineapple carrot juice could have done with a little less ginger. Will definately be back.

I hope that this review helps the owners to improve, thats the main aim. Atmosphere wasnt great, service was slow and below average (waited 15 minutes to be served), coffee was brought without sugar and no-one came to check up on us once. Breakfast was okay, but some way off our favourite spots. Wouldnt really tell anyone about it. So from our experience, much to improve to really be considered a top 5 Cape Town breakfast spot (according to KFM).

We absolutely loved this place - the decor, the vibe, the food... Everything was amazing, catering to every need! And the deli shop is adorable too! A real gem !

Charming gem of a venue. The menu has a vegan, gluten free, sugar free selection. It was difficult to decide what to order. The cuisine was well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wild Sprouts is dog friendly. Please consider more comfortable chairs possibly with flat cushions.Exploring the merchandise for sale after our meal was educational, although prices are high, I found the toiletries relevant for myself.I will return, even its just for a coffee. Over all good place to go when you eat healthy or on vegan lifestyle. I had a bit of hiccup with my order and sort of expect it to taste different than it did but overall experience was okay. There is space to grow in area of service in my opinion but that is just my opinion with my first experience. I will go again when in the area to try something else on the menu though. Keep up the good work it is nice to have a place with so many healthy options on the menu.

Wonderful atmosphere. I had a delicious scrambled egg, avo, tomato relish and sourdough breakfast. Paired with a truth coffee made it a top morning! Keep doing what youre doing Wildsprout.

Great food on multiple occasions. Dog friendly.

I often enjoy Wildsprouts amazing sweet treats and fresh meals but I was very disappointed after trying their frozen meals including the mushroom risotto, and two different types of veggie burgers. The risotto was something I could have made at home for far less money, but the worst thing about this meal was that very over-cooked brown rice was used instead of traditional arborio rice (sacrilege). Perhaps call it brown rice dish rather than risotto. The veggie burgers just fell apart and the flavours of the burgers were just not good at all, too many combinations of veggies and spices that didnt quite work together. Further, for 4 very small patties, the price of the burgers was just too much, nevermind the strange flavouring/combinations. I am sorry to give this review and I hope it helps to improve things, but the frozen veggie meals need some revision in terms of method, ingredients, flavouring and pricing.

Highly recommend- premium quality ingredients for delicious food and amazing coffee. They also have a great little retail shop which is very convenient to pop in to after a breakfast or lunch. Multiple plugpoints in the restaurant also make it a great spot to have a work call or check mails- a great break for those working from home.

Best spot in Kenilworth. If you havent been yet I highly recommend that you do. Theyre cafe and a grocer so you can get a delcious coffee and breakkie before you do your organic shop. Plus everything is delcious and healthy. A happy environment that always leaves me with a full tummy and big smile on my face :D

So incredibly excited about this place.Incredible atmosphere, amazing staff and a crazy choice of the yummiest gluten free and vegan foods from cakes,bakes,ready made meals and groceries.So grateful a place like this exists especially when one is on an exclusion dietary plan or just want to be healthy.They also have a lovely skin,body and home section to spoil yourself or get a special gift for someone.

What a great place! They have a great selection of food, smoothies and drinks to choose from. They cater for all dietary requirements too. They also sell their own homemade nut butters, which are so much cheaper than those you buy in regular health stores. They also have a section where you can dish up your own plate of food for the day.

The variety of natural and organic products is impressive for the size of shop that it is. The food is wholesome and tasty and has many options for people with gluten, dairy and other allergies. Their sweet potato bread is really quite amazing, and there is a homeware section with beautiful ideas for your home or for gifting.

Right in the quaint hustle and bustle of this small shop street, delicious and innovative vegan options with a cappuccino thatll knock your socks off.And near a myriad of amazing curio, art and other shops.

Lovely, comfortable and calm atmosphere, good strong coffee. A more covid-safe option than the other cafes in the same area which are always overly busy and cramped. Staff seem happy and at ease, which is a refreshing change from typical South African establishments that demand staff to constantly harass patrons lol

Delicious, fresh food and awesomely friendly staff!

What a wonderful space to eat & drink ( I had the vegan croissant with scrambled tofu and a hot chocolate - both delicious), and shop for a variety of things (I found some rather unusual things that Id heard about like Golden Milk and Orgrans Vegan Easy Egg). Lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, friendly and efficient staff, and lots natural light - yay!

Said the food was gluten free and it was not.

Excellently prepared and presented ostrich burger with lovely side salad, a perfect lunch for a lazy day. Wholefoods store is an added bonus.

I have been to Wildsprout a few times this year and have always left extremely happy. The new renovation allows for a very relaxed eating experience in the Cafe and you can still go shop in the joined grocery store and pay all together. Very seamless and easy experience. Smoothies are refreshing, and the chicken burger was to die for. Will definitely be visiting soon to try out some more things on their new menu.

Excellent service and delicious healthy food.I ordered two toasties online, one with gluten free bread. They made a mistake on the gf order and my partner has Celiacs disease. After calling the owner, also Ryan, he made amends and sent us a fresh one with a smile. Needless to say the food is spectacular. Thanks Wildsprout 🌱🌸

My favourite new spot. Its quite hidden so its nice and quiet. The food is lovely and they cater for vegans too! The staff are super friendly and you dont wait long for your food.

I’m so pleased to have found this spot! With a restricted diet at the moment (no dairy or gluten) it’s such a pleasure to have somewhere to eat where there are so many amazing options to choose from. The hemp flapjacks were incredible!

Restaurant claims to be gluten free yet staff are not trained - I was told that the Rye is gluten free 😳Restaurant is not safe for those with celiac.

I really want to support places like this but......A card machine that asks for the tip when youre ordering at the counter and before youve had either food or service?..20 minutes to get avo on toast when theres only 3 other customers?..the end of the loaf and a few pieces of old shriveled rocket?The avo and bread (not toasted) was nice. Decor and atmosphere was nice but service-wise you really need to up your game guys...

I highly recommend you try Wild Sprout. The food is amazing (health and fresh) with regular menu changes and really friendly staff.
