If I could give them half star I would.your till operators they are unskillful they have no respect for customers especially (Noziphiwa Makhonza)

They dont want me to return my broken stove because I only got a box not a slip yet shoprite Bellville excepted to rurn with either of box or invoicd

Customer service is terrible especially at the kiosk. They let customer stand in line and queue for a long time only to tell them one by one that only staff can pay there. No notice to inform customers whatsoever. And management dont care even when you complain to them.

Never been so unsatisfied, management refusing to assist the cashier on a item not priced when coming to the till, leaving the customer standing and waiting u eventually end up leaving that item. Service is very poor and indeed the staff gets helped 1st whilst customers are waiting. Customer care training if highly needed for staff and management!

Convenience is not what comes to mind when you mention Shoprite to me. This particular store is overstocked to the extent that you can hardly navigate the isles. This is mainly due to bins of goods situated in the middle of the isles and severely limits movement. If you need to quicky pick up a few essential items this store is definitely not where you want to shop

Super slow service! The staff gets helped first at the kiosk. Clearly the customer doesnt come first. The staff is super unfriendly. Definitely would avoid going there again.

A complete mess! Promotion stock not always available! Cashiers not up to standard,keep social chats with each other while customer are waiting,BEE is the route of ALL evil,

The butchery ladies need to be taught some basic customer care,and also I know its not a halaal butchery but at least have the decency of providing different tonges for different meats,she used the same tonge when she picked my beef that she had used to pick my pork,last time there was a very grumpy and unhappy woman who was reluctant to help those that were speaking English otherwise its a one stop shop for all your groceries

It is easy and convenient, especially if you live in the area - although it may be quite full at certain times of the month

Wasnt that bad but the store is too small for Delft

Most unhelpful & unmannered staff..store security included..most of them at least & shelves are barely stocked..overall unpleasant

Clarity on Fundi card...where I study we were sent emails and told the cards we can use at any ShopriteThe stuff seemingly have been told not to serve us can the management kindly email Fundi and say they are not part of the other shoprite stores which are giving us service I couldnt get my cash and today I had to fight to get groceries

I would actually give them a zero, I am still standing in long queue spent almost an hour now in this queue, cashiers open only 4 but the shop is full and there is a lot of closed paying points.

Service is rated zero. U struggle to get cash back .long ques bores everyone. Defnitly untrained, unskilled cashiers.more than 20 tills, only 5 in operating. more cashiers stand around .management dont see to specials to be on shelf but its stated in pamphlet NB. one star is way too much

Security was chasing a guy caught shoplifting. The cashier paused to watch what was happening. Staff inside the store having conversations before deciding to assist me. Terrible service to say the least.
