Please teach your staff to treat their customers with more respect. Yesterday upon wanting to unpack my goods at the door, and I mean literally at the door, waiting for our uber, I was verbally attacked by three security guards that I am not allowed to take the small trolley outside. For God sakes, I wanted to unpack three heavy bags, which was too heavy to carry. GET NEW STAFF

Pretty decent store with lots of friendly tellers. However, the products are aimed at the lower income market, so dont expect to find to many luxuries here.

Regular customer for over 10 years.Unfortunately I must report that recently the butchery has been supplying substandard meat pruducts. On three occations I have had to return meat that looked ok but was off when I cooked it. Please step up Shoprite I know jou can do much better.

Walked from the beach to the shoprite to buy some Donuts, but staff told me Im not allowed in the store because i was not wearing a shirt. What the hell is that idiotic rule anyways? My shirt was at home 50 KM away from me. What do they expect from someone that lives 50 KM from the beach that went to have fun on the beach and wanting to buy some donuts? Now just because Im shirtless Im not allowed to buy donuts. Why, just why do stupid rules like that even exist. Who came up with such an idiotic rule anyways? I am furious, and will never go back to this shoprite again. It was my first time there, but I refuse to go back there, just because of the stupid rule.

The staff is always friendly. But shoprite must give the staff a break to go have something to eat as no one can work with empty stomach
