This place is the worst. I came in an the stench was almost unbearable the floors were dirty the isles were crowded merchandiser trolleys were everywhere. The limit of people looked like it was way over of what should be allowed. The place felt like it could make you sick 🤮, milk leaking, sugar on the floors it was terrible i would never recommended this store to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Again no hand wipes (PPE ) at entance on 2020/09/27, container empty and security could not get hold of new container. Could therefore not clean trolleys handle bars...!!!. Store also had nasty smell...

Very bad service the shop floors are always dirty theres not enough cashiers theres not enough trolleys the store is over packed and the managers are not doing their job properly

Shops was crowded because of Christmas shopping. Parking for the Atlantis Mall was sufficient. Wheel accessible parking and entrance available. Staff was friendly and dressed to reflect the season. More staff during this season is always preferred. Selection in toys was good, prices quite reasonable. The only negative was the many boxes filling aisles that should have been unpacked before the store opened.

I find the place very disappointing, as i can not understand why the shoprite in atlantis service is not the same as anywhere else. If one goes to a different shoprite you hardly see shelves being packed in busy periods, or leave these massive cages in the aisle.
