Its been there for years , not as big as other stores but has a fast service at checkout out points so its not that bad ,Always a bit crowded regularly on shopping days and has a fresh bakery 🎂 and deli 🍖 and fresh fruit and veggies 🍇🥗 .The fresh baked rolls and bread is nice and makes Good food at home nice and awesome

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its always a pleasure shopping there. Only this time they didnt have the product I was looking for cheddar cheese cream in a satchel. The one you use to make macaroni and cheese.

Very compact branch but good service with staff thats ready and able to assist. I was impressed. Be warned that its a very busy store though.

This is one overstocked and overcrowded store. Uniformed staff who feel you disturbing them when asking for assistance. Not enough walk space to create a shopping experience. Optimization of the space can deliver a better customer journey.

The service here is much better than the service in Philippi Shoprite,I even went to see the manager in Philippi shoprite about the service he wasnt bothered @ all

This place is okay if you know what you want and you want to get in and out fast, but as a place to Shop and browse forget about it the Ilse are narrow, stock that should be in the back storeroom stands on the floor making the Ilse even more narrow, the bakery are always too busy to attend to customers, generally one just feels like getting out of this store ASAP

3 cashiers for payouts and only 4 tills for paying customers whom most is way over 60 the lady Infront of me only had 2 Chocolat slabs and stood in line with me for over 20 min Im 42 and I found it very frustrating this poor lady must have been over 70 and shes standing in this long line shoprite lentegeur needs to get their priorities straight have 1 till for payouts and the rest for your paying customers and 1 for the elderly

Close to home, so thats great but the staff needs training in customer service or at least teach staff to smile and great their customers.

Its a great place 2 shopping the most friendly person in the shop is Jeney Smith the cashier and the fastest work

This store is a waste honestly. They very seldom have all the specials available. And when asking for a raincheck they are so reluctant to give one. And often ask customers to come back because products will still be on special. Their all time favorite excuse is the truck hasnt delivered. They also have very little variety thus forcing consumers to purchase from bigger stores. The store is often times full and has very long queues at till points. Thus forcing me to shop at bigger or other retailers. Very disappointing!

Shoprite in lenteguer is small and always crowded ....items are adverised in newsletter ..only to find that is not on the shelves when you visit the shop ....please improve the standards as ques are always backed up....thanx
